Tieria's voice is one of the main reasons I'm not leaning towards female. Unless there's voice altering surgery/technology or whatever available in 00's time. His appearance is certainly ambiguous enough.

I'm leaning towards Tieria being hermaphroditic, but I am not sure they'd go in that direction. Or possibly male sex, female gender? I'd find these two possibilities infinitely more interesting than a character with a defined sex/gender, since they're VASTLY more underrepresented than kickass females. When's the last time you heard of a hermaphrodite even being a thousand feet near a Gundam? Dunno. I'm not even sure if Tieria is a human being at this point, haha.

(My leaning towards Tieria being a male though, has nothing to do with ships or fandom, since I don't ship him with anyone, nor do I have some bizarro crush on him. It's pretty insulting to have your theories shot down because someone thinks everyone who is coming to the same conclusion as you is a raging fangirl.)

Yeah, being overweight should be banned. Both in drawings and in reality. I mean, seriously, body fat is like the most disgusting thing ever. Women should all be the same size. In fact, women should be barefoot and in the kitchen making me my fucking sandwich, so this shouldn't even be an issue. Christ.

3. Yes. I feel you. Im looking for a good man who's at least tolerant of anime, but most of the people in fandom I've met are girls, and a large portion are bi or gay.

And the guys when I meet the odd one who likes anime are generally not my type @.@

32. ...um take a look around you next time you walk out on the street. Most women are not supermodel thin. Sorry to disappoint you. This character looks like a *GASP* normal shape for a woman. If there are other technical elements you want to take up with the artist, then go for it. If you're civil, I'm sure they'll be cool with it. However, the weight thing is uncalled for. It just exemplifies the unrealistic body standards set for women in this society.

The source material for that game has PLENTY of nice voluptuous girls in it. That one? Is not it. She is a twig. SHE HAS NO BUTT. Boobs, yes. Butt, no. That's Tess' and Ashelin's job.

25. I've watched both, but the English version...I dunno. It just wasn't as funny for some reason, probably because I'm not British. It seemed like they just sat around and made fun of Germans a lot.

Uh, I can only name some of 'em: Nightmare Before Christmas, Mythbusters, Meet the Robinsons, Luigi, They Might Be Giants (OMG, I love you just for that), Aladdin, Speed Racer, Pete and Pete, Alice in Wonderland, uhh...I know I've seen that cartoon with the puffin somewhere before, but I can't think of what it's called. Is the one with the cat and the lady from that Miyazaki film? (If so, it's from the only film of his I haven't seen.)

42. I know what you mean. I mean, like Ten/Rose, but even if I hadn't known it was doomed because of spoilers, I wouldn't felt something wrong. Ten, I think, came into being loving Rose the way Nine did, but he was a completely different person. Attentionspan of a five-year-old.
Besides, there's just something so much sweeter (and a little more screwed-up-but-okay) about Nine/Rose. They just...fit. They were so darn cute!

I think rape fantasy is more prevalent in human sexuality than we know, but because it's such a difficult subject, we can't talk about it the way we can talk more now about things like fetishes and homosexual fantasies. Besides, nobody ever actually WANTS or DESERVES to have that kind of experience, so a person automatically feels ashamed for having those thoughts. Fandom gives some people a place to process stuff like that.
