17. He frequently gets that reaction from me, except I've never been a fan of him. I think it has something to do with the fact that he reminds me WAY too much of an old girlfriend of mine. Recently, at least, I can tolerate him. Still don't like him too much, but at least I no longer wish he'd just die and get it over with.

18. I find Kurama/Hiei to be a bit boring, really. But HOMG Shizuru/Keiko? Botan/Keiko? YES PLEASE. You're seriously one of the few people beside myself to actually mention those 'ships.

I've been in its fandom for two years and have managed to avoid all the Kataang vs Zutara wank it has to offer; though as it has been said many a time here, if the fandom is enough to kill the show for you, then it wasn't doing much for you. I mean, I've seen wank out the ass on this comm for Phoenix Wright, but I'm still interested in seeing what the hype is all about.

35. You know, I grew up adoring Star Trek, I STILL adore it, but I've never once ventured into the fandom, oddly enough. But really, I don't think it's a shameful thing to want to be a part of it all.

31-I meet him before I knew ANYTHING about him past "Does that kid off FMA voice."

I, and everyone in my GROUP (About 6 people) would have put money on him being gay. Not because he was like flamboyant, or limp wristed or anything cliched, he just seemed...IDK, gay.

It shocked me so much that he was straight, and vehemently so.

A) That's very much a style. Your "fixes" are rather dumb, it's obviously intentionally stylized that way. YOU may like what you have better, but that doesn't make it right.

B)That's really fucking sad you think she looks "So overweight it's depressing." Jesus Christ, step away from the boob tube for a moment and go look at a real person. She's curvy, but not depressingly overweight And wtf your edit gives her like...saggy titties. For someone so shallow you'd think you'd want em nice and perky.

In conclusion, you suck. (And for refrence, I've never seen that person's art before in my life, so I'm not one of her raving fangirls or anything. Althought it's a cute style, I might go check it out.)

I'm not a huge fan of her at all, really... Mostly because when I watched her she drew entirely too many chini chaacters that I thought looked hideous, but that piece isn't too bad.

I like Tieria as a guy. I just don't think he's a girl and wouldn't want him to be. I hope that doesn't make me a fan-service demanding brat. It's just a preference.

No, I don't think it makes you a fanservice demanding brat at all, if that's the whole way you feel. I personally think he's a nice character as a guy (it's more that I just wish Sunrise would make a female pilot who was as cool as he is), but there are people I've found in the fandom who spend an awful lot of time writing porny fic and seem very infatuated with Tieria and his appearance, and they are very strongly opposed to the idea that he's a woman.

And to me it just seems like they're shallowly in love with a character to the point where they'd rather have him be male simply because they're only attracted to him as a male, not as an interesting character in his own right.

tl;dr as long as your reasons for thinking he's better as a guy aren't that you're infatuated with him and thus couldn't bear for him to be an icky girl, then it's not what I was ranting about.

32. This image really has nothing to do with being overweight. I do think that she's riding the anime-chibi train way too hard, but she's good at it and she obviously likes it. The critique you're showing are your own fixes, but they are examples of real-life figure drawing examples so I can see where you're coming from. Nothing wrong with that (you could have explained it better so you didn't set yourself up for backlash). But it's also a chibi, there are good chibi's and bad chibi's, so it shouldn't matter unless it SHOWS that she's "overweight" like the inflated-girl drawings.

If you don't like it and fear giving your critique then stop watching her. Why get worked up over it? Go draw your own stuff.

Oh, I don't watch her anymore. But I'm in the Jak fandom, so I get her stuff shoved in my face all over the place, whether it's in that fandom or not. That's pretty much where she first spread her wings, so everyone in it is assumed to adore everything she does. ("Isn't this sooooo kawaii? :D IT'S SO KAWAII YOU HAVE TO FAVE IT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE." No. No I don't.)

Also, ALL SHE EVER DOES IS CHIBIS. That one? She claims ISN'T a chibi. Even though...it totally is. She's done so many chibis that she doesn't know how to draw a real body anymore.

And the only reason I made the overweight comment is that the character, canonically, is really thin. She's one of two semi-twiggy girls in the entire series. Everyone latched onto that, though, which is kinda ridiculous considering apparently no one knows the canon material.

I don't know, but I was watching The Mark of the Rani and there's this one moment, I can't remember when, when the Doctor sort of has to walk by/past the Master or something, and they both kind of have to invade each other's personal space, and they're both making this whole "OMG don't TOUCH me! UNCOMFORTABLE AWKWARD BADLY BROKEN UP RELATIONSHI ALL HIS FAULT!" expression and body language.

Plus, the Master's whatever-it-was kinda looked like an electronic thingie, and it getting passed around was kinda...well. Um.


But if I do kinda like Ten/Master as well. I'm not really a slasher (I keep saying that), but I'd believe that back when theywere crazy-young there was something. It seems to me like Master No. Six would be the one to totally taunt the Doctor with that, while all the other Masters would be like, "OMG, FORGET IT EVER HAPPENED, I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT!" Simm!Master would be like, "Hey, 'darling' remember that thing you said to me on Beta XI? Heh, well, who's 'on top' now, hm?" I mean, come on--"Say my name"? For serious.

Plus, and shallow here, but...ohmigosh, Simm is so hot and I'd jump him in a heartbeat.

31. This might be a bit offtopic, but it's just something that's been on my mind lately; what's with all the 'Vic's a homophobe!!' I've been hearing? From what I understood, all he said was he thinks Fay is straight; considering that the manga (and anime) hasn't given us any canon Fay-coupling yet (I don't really consider Fay/Kurogane as it's been nothing but subtext for me, and a matter that which can mean nothing, romantically at least, in the long run). I'd understand the hate if Fay/Kurogane or some other guy has been canonically established, but as for now, nothing has been set in stone.

Of course, I'm not really sure what Vic exactly said, most of what I heard are from merely hearsay, so, guys, correct me if I'm wrong then.

I don't really think Vic is a homophobe, though it is debatable, but he has made some incredibly rude comments towards fans who like boy/boy pairings from long before he was even involved in Tsubasa, but Tsubasa was what pushed a lot of fans over the edge and got the largest reaction (because it's one thing to say things about, say, Roy/Ed which has no solid grounding, as opposed to Kuro/Fai which does.) He basically said that any fan who liked that sort of relationship was a preoccupied yaoi crazed fangirl who distorts and perverts the character and ruins the series and ruins the character and destroys the creator's intention and ladadada. He compared it to destroying a painting or something like that.
The whole Vic's a homophobe thing seems to stem from the mentality that anyone who dislikes yaoi is a homophobe.
