And #20: I agree with you, even though I'm sure fandom will kill us for this. I mean, people can tell me over and over again how great and loveable and whatever Sora is, but I just can't stand him. I don't actively bash him, but I can't stand him either!

As much as I got angry at that secret (I love Key), I have to admit that Toei Kanon is kinda ugly (especially compared to the other adaptations), and the picture just made me laugh. If you're going to insult the art style, back up your argument, don't use the ugliest adaptation and photoshop it to make the mouths level with the eyes.

35. Well, if you indeed receive one, your first order of business would be to use it on YOURSELF. Because a world with you in it could never be an ideal one! :)

However, Death Notes don't exist. So sorry, in the real world, mass murder to achieve utopia doesn't make you sexy. It just makes you mad. The mere concept of it belies insanity, so Light never "went insane": he was in the first place. And it's also rather pitiable. I'm sorry you can't appreciate the struggles and joys that are inherent in the world. This place may not be always pleasant (for example, it's a place which fosters people with your mindset! not always pleasant AT ALL!), but by foolishly attempting to eradicate everything you deemed wrong, you'd destroy everything that could ever possibly be right about it as well.

And that's why you, dear, are the one who didn't get the point of the series. In fact, you missed it a long shot.

16. Ooof, join the club :\ Worse for me is that my ENTIRE FAMILY consists of massive diehard fans of the PLAY. My mother is not only a theatre professor, she dialect coached the Kennedy Center production and met Stephen Sondhiem. The artwork in my parent's wedding brochure was based on the original poster art of the original production with Angela Lansbury as Lovett. We have the LPs of the original soundtrack.

I feel like such a goddamn poser. At least my family liked the film, though they all complained about songs being cut (though I agree with 'em. Needs moar songs!)

Next time I have the chance, I'm so going to see the play.
