1. I am torn. On one hand, I want to like you because you like Vagrant Story, but on the other hand, you just implied that Tactics Advance was set in the same world. Which... makes me cry.

3. That's exactly how I feel, except in reverse. I'm sick of the time period that's been explored already. I couldn't be less interested in more untold stories involving the same old characters and same old settings and same old time. BBS, on the other hand, vastly interests me. But that might just be my semi-masochistic need for prequels.

5. Kingdom Hearts is a fun game. It's adorable, and it's addicting, and I like it a lot. And it has nothing on the sheer brilliance that is Vagrant Story. (Oh god two VS secrets in one post? I'm in heaven!) Vagrant Story, in my opinion, is one of the best games Squeenix has ever made, and it's a damn shame that it doesn't get a lot of recognition. I've got my fingers crossed for the port I heard tell of.

I am glad most of the time, however, that VS doesn't have KH's fandom. Every time I am sad that it doesn't have that sort of recognition, I remember that the fans are all great people who have actually played the game. If nothing else, the fandom does have quality over quantity.

13) Awww. :( I think it's sad that Quistis got so sidelined by the plot, myself. I never believed for an instant that she was really in love with Squall--I totally bought her later explanation that she'd confused her big-sisterly feelings for him with love--but it still seemed sad the way the game kicked her to the side. I think that even if she couldn't have a love interest, the game should have given a little more focus to her developing friendships and shown her growing out of the inappropriate roles she'd been shoved into. She really got the short end of the character development stick.

Also, I, uh...can't see feeling jealous of Rinoa for getting Squall, because Squall is crazy damaged and only someone as crazy determined as Rinoa would actually be able to forge a working relationship with him. ;)

16) I've seen the play. Performed by the New York Opera, no less. And I own the libretto. I've worshipped the thing for years. And the comments still make me feel like a moron for liking the movie. :/

I totally agree with you there, secret-maker. I mean, I like the smutt fics as much as the next person, but it'd be nice to see other stuff, too, like the morning-after or what have you.

But at the same time, don't feel like a total pervert for liking smutt fics. In my humble opinion (which is, admittedly, just an opinion) it's healthy to read fics like that. Whatever. Humans are sexual creatures (for the most part, there are, of course, exceptions.) So, uh, don't feel too bad about it.

4. It's painful that I think you will get 'CRY MOAR' responses to this, but... Thank you. It's hard to get out of a dislike of a particular piece of fanfiction, and see the pairing you previously liked as a seperate entity. I'd say, read some good fiction for them and see if it rekindles your interest. I've seen pairings and characters I previously liked be soiled by bad takes on them, and it's sometimes hard to bounce back, no matter how much you liked the character.

24. I don't even know the character, but now I want to read the series because I think I'd love to read about him, even if he has a sad ending.

Actually, he survived. :) There's a piece of official art that came with the last DVD, I think, that proves it (shows him with the rest of the crew post-series); I can dig it up in a few hours when I get home (at work right now), unless someone else gets to it before I do.
