But it's not like I hate him. His art is just too cartoon-y for me. I mean, IMO, Runaways is a serious sort of comic, and the art just isn't a good match.

I had seriously considered getting something along the lines of that tattoo done. I think my biggest factor was time/money/ouch of the entire thing. I'm kind of disappointed in myself for the ouch factor, I would like to think I'm at least as tough as Constantine!

3. If it makes you feel better, when I was younger and first got into Slayers a long long time ago I cut my hair short like Amelia's. Only I my hair is curly and I didn't know how to style it. It would probably look cute now that I straighten it and am old enough to know how to style hair, but at the time I looked like a poodle died on my head. So, I definitely feel your pain. (I cut off TEN INCHES. TEN.)
13. I like everyone in the game. Well. Except Vaan. I don't hate him, but like is a strong word for what I feel for him.

12. They're dumb, but I think the ones who are all "omg i hate this i hate my style i want to quit art i don't have any pageviews *cut*" people are WAY WORSE, IMO. It's like they're asking for sympathy.

...no. Just no. I respect Anne Rice too much as an author to even consider her in the same genre as Laurel K. Hamilton. And while I haven't got a clue who the other woman is, I doubt she deserves to be lumped into the category of "Badly Written Mary Sue Porn with Way too Many Failed Attempts at BDSM" either.

And LKH needs to stay out of my sexual orientation. >.< Seriously, if her writing is any indication, she's not good at it.

Next time I make an evaluation of a fandom's characters (and yes this will happen if I find another secret that makes sense for this...)

But yeah..."too dead"=my finest moment. Reks=best character in the game. Except for teh dead. So Penelo wins it.

AGREED! I spent the entire movie going into spasms of joy whenever he appeared on screen, and frothing at the mouth days after talking about my love of Timothy Spall. I don't think he looks attractive so much as everything he does is done so well that it becomes really sexy.

Really. Most people at TombRaiderHellhole...errrForums.com would say otherwise. There are some people there who *love* AOD and will strangle you if you even say the slightest crit.

That's not say I hate AOD, though. Glitches that render the game virtually unplayable in the early parts aside (it's not so bad once you get to Strahov), I think it had potential and is good on its own merits.

But I like where Crystal Dynamics has taken the series a little more.
