. . . I am a girl and I honestly am attracted to women. Not only in fandom for characters or fandom friends, but in real life. In fact, I typically don't like female characters much because there are few I can actually get in to. And a lot of people IN fandom, in general, bother me, so I'm definitely not about to go after some squealing fangirl.

While I do agree that real fandom lesbians are very RARE, I don't believe they don't exist.

That would be entirely made of awesome. There's a published sequel novel which claims to be "the sexy bits put back in" (it's kind of hilarious, possibly even intentionally) and one of the Mansfield Park ones is Henry/Mary. (Another, if I remember correctly, was a orgy based around the play.)

I really want to write that Henry/Fanny/Mary now. Hmmm.

I still play with my Sega Master occassionally, and some of my favorite PS2 games are in fact old games compilations such as Capcom Classic Collection and Activision Antholgy (Atari VCS 4evar!). Tl;dr: Anyway, I think your secret should have gotten so much more attention. Incest pairings weird the hell out of me. I tend to think of reality in fiction sometimes so I can understand what you mean. I think Seimei is terribly twisted and messed up, but still interesting that way. Doesn't mean I like him. Or what he does to Ritsuka.

Omg, Mansfield Park secret. That is *amazing*. I don't agree with the secret itself - I adore Edmund - but I love that movie! Mary Crawford was delightfully ...I can't think of the word I want right now, but she was cool in her own way. The other, eh. He just annoyed me.

Not really related, but I also think it's insane that the same actress plays sweet Miss Honey in Matilda. I never would've guessed it. She wins.

I would read it. I played with ponies until I was like 14, because I had a much younger sister. We didn't just play "oh pretty happy ponies let's brush their hair", either. They were the only toys we ever played with. We had over 100 of them between us, and we gave them all human names and had ridiculously elaborate stories and plot lines that would go on for days. We had courtroom trials and murder, time travel plotlines, deserted island plots, witches, vampires, World War III, Jurassic Park, a Frankenstein story, loves, marriages, divorces, high school, etc. It was crazy. I wish I had written some of them down.

Not related to the Doctor Who fandom, but... I'm the same way about diving into a series and just immersing myself in it for a while. It becomes addictive, but I do notice I overlook some plot connections and generally have a bad memory for overarching plots when I overload like that.

And I'm not even caught up on season one of the new Doctor Who, but I already think I'm a Nine girl. ^_^
