It's all just knowing when to shut your mouth and that while you may ship a lot of personal canon - everybody else does too! (9 is my Doctor too, and I love Rose more than Martha. I like Rose AND Martha D: Which is part of why I'm scared, I guess. I'm not going to pick sides. And I'm really accepting of others' opinions. I like to say "I like 9 better," but I'm not going to say "9 is the best and all else suck :[" or anything.

4. I love that movie with the passion of ten suns.

41. I just sort of jumped in to ihasatardis, started posting macros, and people liked them. No intro needed, no matter who your favorite incarnation of the Doctor or the companions are, just make macros and people will laugh. I love Ten and I'm a huge Ten/Rose fan, but I have friends who hate Rose and who love Nine more and whatnot. We all love the show, just in different ways.

Yeah, I've seen your stuff and am a fan :) Unfortunately, I'm not very funny. Certainly not funny enough for the brilliant stuff going on at ihasatardis... But I've heard mixed things about the fandom, and that's why I'm hesitating. The things I've heard are great make me excited, and the things that I've heard are bad are things I really don't want to get involved in. Like shipwars. I'm totally all about accepting others' opinions, y'know? You love TenxRose? That's great! They're totally adorable together! I like NinexRose, not because it's "better" than your opinion in any way, but because I prefer the little bit of snark to total fluff. That's just my preference. It will never make me or my opinion better than yours or anyone else's.
I'm just hesitant because I like Rose AND Martha. I'm not going to pick sides, I'm not going to fight. But I'm afraid of being thought badly of because of it.

26. I tried really hard to enjoy Avatar, but gave up three quarters of the way through the first season. I found the main characters totally unappealing, and if I don't care about the characters I find it difficult to stay with cartoons. :/ (Also, all the retarded Avatar pairing secrets in F!S make me want to not touch it with a ten foot pole.)

27. I don't have a problem with OEM much as the label itself. Regardless of the style/format the artist is using, if it's drawn and published in America, it's an American comic.

I like Cloonan's art(I used to watch her on DA, lulz), but I don't find any of her published work that appealing. Tried American Virgin, didn't care for it. Flipped through East Coast Rising, wasn't interested. But maybe I'll give ECR another look the next time I see it.

I love his animations, and they're easily worth the price of admission on their own, but his plotting isn't terribly coherent, his characters are shallow, and his attempts to work in 'deeper' meanings often come across as sentimental or shrill.

I'm sorry, maybe you should actually take a look at your own statement and sit down to a nice big glass of STFU.

Like it was stated earlier, some of us "furfags" are there to draw what we are best capable of. Sure the anatomy is pretty much all there, but ever stop to wonder how many people may have difficulty in drawing the right shaped nose? Or eyes? Or anything like that? Drawing a furry may be easier for them, hence their preferred style.

Then there are people who are actual fans of furry series, say like Sonic, or Pokemon, or - heaven forbid I touch this one - Disney. These are people who have grown up watching and/or playing these shows/games (AS KIDS, GODS, NOT KIDS ENJOYING SOMETHING, AVERT YOURS EYES CHILDREN), and draw these characters for FUN. HOLY SHIT, DID I SAY FUN, I MEANT FAH-GOH-TREEEEEE :O

Heaven forbid someone draws them as humanised characters, the furry fandom might implode.

Oh wait.

My point is dude, seriously, it's one thing to say "I dislike your art style," but to come out and blatantly flame the furry artists out there, who more than likely do it for their own enjoyment, is just a tad over the top.

Agreed to some degree. I have no problems with furries (to the point where I do enjoy some art), except when all they ever do is churn out anthro art, talk about the fandom nonstop, and seem like they don't have a life outside of it. Add that suckiness to an additonal fandom that's without anthro characters, and I say GTFO furfag. =/
