I don't think that adding sex into a relationship 'cheapens' it, just like I don't think that a relationship without sex has any less meaning than one that has it.

That being said, I will continue to ship them (all together, Straw Hats OT#!), because I like to explore the sexual aspects of their relationships. Because, let's be completely honest here: if there are several adults and teenagers confined together on a ship for extended periods of time, there is no earthly way that there is no hanky panky going on somewhere.

YES YES YES A MILLION TIMES YES! I felt actual physical pain whilst watching that piece of crap. It bared almost no resemblance to the book, which is totally fine if it had just been based on it, like The Omega Man, but they gave it the same goddamn name and now everyone is going to equate I Am Legend with the shitty, cliché-ridden (the big-eyed kid giving his daddy the dog, the super boring, one dimensional female, the stock little kid, the typical Yay America! ending. Really? I mean, really?) piece of crap. Argh! I wrote a whole ranty post about it after I watched it.

In other words, a fantasy marketed towards young girls.

33. O HAY ONIISAMA E SECRET. :D It didn't quite joss my ship (any combination of Rei, Miya-sama, and Nanako is A++) but. . .yeah, I was still sort of thrown by that ending. You go through the series talking about this ~*~great love~*~ of Kaoru's and at the same time seeing her going to the ends of the earth for Rei; you honestly assume that's what they're talking about. The het romance in that series didn't fill me with raeg but it was still kinda thrown in there at the last minute and not that interesting. (This annoys me about a lot of shoujo-ai series, really--not that the ~*~schoolgirls in beautiful sexually ambiguous love~*~ thing isn't fun, but it'd be nice to see at least some of the girls actually end up making a life together, without it being heavily implied that, oh, this is all just harmless experimenting in school, everyone will get married to a man in the end. :/)
