Seems like it would be incredibly easy to cut fandomsecrets out of your world entirely, so I assume this answer is an attempt at being edgy? Not a very good one, either.

That is probably actually not true. Sadly.

I'll see your mosquitoes and raise you bedbugs, though. Unlike skeeters, bedbugs don't exist outside of human habitation and serve no real ecological purpose as far as I can tell. I wish they would all die at once and never come back.

that'd be funny in a way, it'd force all the men to be 'minorities,' leading to straight white ciswomen all over the world objectifying POC and assuming the supposed mantle

well, that or straight chinese men take over the world

Since you're throwing out the bait here: I'm a feminist, I am critical of radical Islam's treatment of women, and I am also supportive of Muslims in the U.S. and abroad. These are not stances that are at cross-purposes. Literally no one thinks that women are treated well or fairly in countries with Sharia law, especially other Muslim women.

Talk to one sometime. You might find yourself surprised.

You know, when I started this thread it was mostly because I was hoping for some entertaining wank, but then it went in a really interesting direction and at this point I will actually be disappointed if it devolves into a shitstorm. I hope it doesn't.

Humans. Not trying to be edgy here, but we are destroying this planet, other species would be better of without us.

The tendency to make excuses for jerks (especially the excuses that claim they're not jerks and are just ~misunderstood~), thus letting jerks continue to be jerks without consequence.

People whining about technological advances.

If I had the cash to get the new ipod and a pair of the Samsung bluetooth active headphones, I'd buy them in a heart beat. Instead, I'll save for headset only. Makes walks far more enjoyable without a cord swinging everywhere and getting tangled up.
