I would genuinely rather tear out my own uterus with my bare hands than have a kid, so...guilty as charged! I'm good at keeping it quiet, though.

Are they hating them in a nasty way? I dislike kids but mostly this manifests in m avoiding them, not being nasty to them.

I've never seen anything like that. There are some parents who are regulars, and I've shared about my son and people have never been nasty. Is this a very recent thing, like in the last week or two? Last week was the first time in about 6 months that I didn't check FS every day.

I dint hate kids! I just don't want one. I was on child free comm for awhile but left because the attitudes to both women and children were incredibly disgusting so I struggled to give a shit about those users.

Where? I have seen some decidedly nasty ChildFree posts in my day (calling kids crotch droppings, calling mothers breeding cows, talking about how disgusting kids are in such detail it makes me really uncomfortable, etc etc) and I haven't seen anything here recently that stands up to it. I don't look at every thread though, and haven't been on much the past few days cause busy.

This is about the "my friend is gonna leave her newborn with her mom while she finishes her minor" (and you don't agree with me so y'all must obviously hate kids) wank thread, isn't it? Not agreeing with you that new moms' first priority must be BONDING WITH THE NEWBORN and if she doesn't she's borderline abusive and will regret it forever =/= hating kids.

I cam up with a good comparison for me and kids. To me they're like mice: They're cute and I'll look after one if I'm asked, but I don't want the effort of raising one myself and I don't want strange ones in my house.

I'm sick of my terrible circulation. It feels like I have half as much blood as I'm supposed to have. My body parts are constantly threatening to fall asleep and it's annoying me more than usual today.

& It's not like I have a degree in the history of Ancient Egypt where you may be limited to the biggest of cities - I'm in IT.

I'm incredibly stressed out by my GREs - I need them for grad school money. Especially the math sections.

I wish I'd kept studying math at college. I've gotten very rusty since I haven't touched an algebra problem in literal years.

I'm cold and I hate driving on snowy, icy roads.

I shouldn't complain about this weather so much, especially since I like it to snow on Christmas (not sure if it actually will, but I'm a lot more ok with snow now than I will be in a month - but I still don't like it very much).

And yeah, always cold. It sucks :(

Idk what to do for Christmas and New Years. Christmas I think I might walk dog around city to Christmas stuff but New Years?? All the fireworks are so far away so I'm thinking waking up for first sunrise instead. Previously done with friends but might go solo with dog this time so need to find a place.

Also I don't have a tree. So I might decorate the curtains? How to make it look nice?

I'm one of the few employees at my place of work who has a car, so I get tapped for opening shifts and closing shifts. With holiday hours, my sleep schedule is increasingly messed up.

I am trying to learn Spanish and Japanese, but I'm scared that I'll get too confused, so I have been holding off on Spanish (my family is from Chile, so I can practice all I want once I get home - currently in Japan), but I'm also scared I'll lose my Japanese once I return to Canada since I know literally no one I can practice with there
