What, like how the whole thing fell into one of it's plot-holes and now can't get out? It could perhaps make a series of plot-holes within plot-holes to form a tunnel and then get itself out that way... ;-)

I caught Tactics on the Sci-Fi channel and liked it enough to put it in my Netflix queue, so I've been working through it. I was surprised by how beautiful / likeable the show is and that it doesn't have a bigger fandom. I haven't seen that episode but it's growing on me, I just want you to know there are other misplaced fans out there.

If a fandom, *any* fandom, is making someone fail college, then they probably don't want to be there all that much in the first place, sry2say. =/

While there's still room for improvement, I'm trying to work out what Torchwood is being "held back" from. Big ratings? High audience appreciation figures? International success? Media attention? A Hugo nomination? It has all those. The only way up now is BBC 1. :-)

If you're such a fantastic writer, you might to invest in a few nouns and get a basic grasp of tense. I mean, even spending thirty seconds rereading a sentence to make sure you didn't leave out any words would do wonders for proving that you're more eloquent than a fourth grader.

If you want people to think you're an awesome writer, try showing us your literary chops rather than telling us about them.

Maybe it's because I obsessively re-read everything I write, but I just don't get the people who never take a second glance at an email they've composed, or a work of fiction they're writing. I mean, I mess up homophones now and then, and leave out some words, but I generally notice them right away because I'm reading as I write.

(Example: for that last sentence, I accidentally wrote "write away," and then I lawl'd and baleeted it.)

I can't formulate any real arguments against it, but I can't really get with it, there's something blocking me from accepting that idea. For what reasons are you shipping them, maybe if I knew that I could make up my mind?

i shouldn't be saying this because i ship it (even if he's not actually my favorite character), but seeing any secret at all for the fandom just made me happy-dizzy. XD

37. I know how you feel. Most of the books I later read on feminism or psychology or attraction made me specifically remember Utena. And I kind of am shy of saying I'm a feminist IRL, because we all know the kinds of misconceptions people have about them (because I used to have them too lol).

51. I don't typically like PBs anyway, because even if they *do* use caucasian PBs, they usually STILL LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE CHARACTER. (I give you the woman in my icon as an example). I also don't see the point of even requiring them when the characters have abundant canon artwork up for grabs. But mostly, I think they just annoy me because they never look like the chars they're supposed to.

I TOTALLY GET THIS and feel exactly the same way. (Not a secret, obviously. lol)

58. D: Nathan alive! I appreciate what you're saying, though. It would have made a hell of a lot more sense for him to stay dead after Peter exploded IN HIS FACE, if you ask me, but I think I get the gist of what you're saying. I never for a moment believed Nathan would die from the S2 finale assassination attempt, though, which is weird because I totally Freaked. Out. after the S1 finale. There was no "save Nathan omg!!" frenzy online back then, however, which is awesome because I probably would have jumped on that bandwagon at the time and, in so doing, embarrassed myself. ~~Mass hysteria is a fascinating phenomenon. In a way.~~
TLDR; Nathan's my favorite, I love the Pasdar something fierce, but Heroes needs him too much right now to let him go. Also, there's no guarantee he'd get a new show right after, sad as that may be. :/

In some countries it's hardly subtle (India, China, the whole Middle East, I'm looking at you). And I agree that it's very important, and I hate how it's become "passe" or "boring" to be feminist-- like we should be over wanting equal rights by now or something.
