I fine that's the case for a LOT of "I ship it" secrets. If I knew the fandom for the OP, I'd google for a ship-based comm or fan fic archive. It's likely to exist.

49. See, I kind of get annoyed at secrets like this for one big reason: Some of us want to read what others have to say on a matter, not read our own fics. I like contributing to my small fandoms, but it doesn't make me feel any less alone in it.

I see what you're saying here. But at least you do contribute - which I imagine encourages and inspires others, adds fuel for your small fandoms to grow. It's when people moan about the lack of what they want to see - particularly if it's random pairings or crack or whatever - but then add nothing, contribute nothing. That's what bugs me. It's the attitude of expecting everything but being unwilling to give anything.

I don't think you should feel too bad about it, because the other two pairings were a lot more... sexualized? in the actual canon than Fakir/Ahiru. It's only reasonable to feel that way.

I've never been sexually assaulted, but in high school I gay guy did make obviously unwanted physical contact and no one took me seriously when I told him it wasn't okay. And it's not okay, whether it's supposed to be a "joke" or not or the person is straight or gay or whatever.

I agree. Plenty of advertisments attempt to slip in "sexual" body parts or innuendo as subliminal advertising, and given all the secrets I see about that book here it wouldn't surprise me in the least.
