You know, for a moment that thought crossed my mind too, except the times don't match up. Sokka and Zuko are of similar age, as are Katara and Azula - Ursa would have had to do quite some globetrotting to be mum for both sets of them.

Which is sad because that would be a hellah interesting plot twist.

NS!1: I don't think it's the sharing part that annoys them, it's the fact that they don't KNOW it's being shared, and that they aren't getting proper credit for what they do. That stuff is hard work. Most of the ones I've spoken to just want people to be directed to their post of it so, if the reader wants, the reader can thank them and maybe see more. The doujinshikas don't really like their work being broadcast all over the place either, so only having the one place to get a scanlation helps reduce art theft and such (there ARE scanlators who get permission from the artist, btw.)

That's why you watermark your work or zip them with a credit page and contact info. If people want more, they'll go look up the scanlator.

Even though it isn't right to distribute someone's work without their permission, artists, writers, scanlators etc. should know that it's a common practice. When it comes to stealing intellectual property, if there's a will, there's a way. Strict sharing rules do little to prevent theft because thieves obviously wouldn't pay attention to them.

Well, it depends on which game. The Link and Zelda of Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask are supposed to be the first Link and Zelda in a long line of Link and Zeldas. So OOT/MM Link and Zelda probably weren't brother and sister, but the ancestors of the next Link and Zelda (who appear in either Twilight Princess or WindWaker, depending on which timeline you follow.)

So I think it's possible that SOME of the Link and Zeldas were brother and sister...maybe. It's confusing. XD

I always used to think they were brother and sister when I played OOT because they looked so alike. Not much of a reason I know but I was only a child when I played the game =P Although when I suggested it to my friends they got really angry and disgusted by the idea so I left it at that. Twilight Princess brought back that thought..

They look alike because Link and Zelda are both Hylian, and pure Hylians have blond hair and blue eyes...I think. I actually have no idea where that came from, hopefully it's not my brain making stuff up, because it makes sense. Sorta.

For the other games where they're not blond, I have no clue. ♥

They could definitely be sibs in TP, though. You never know!

Also, I question if their seriously think that can't really tell the differences between the sexes and their ignorance that beauty isn't not a solely feminine trait. Another thing that befuddles me is that they act like women because I know no woman who likes like that quite honestly. Sure, they are emotionally open than men would be IRL but that's pretty much it (well, that's kinda required in romance storytelling anyway). Not saying some don't act like girls, but don't guy who like to act feminine exist? I think people need to realize that this is fiction and all fiction never really reflects reality anyway.

People only like it in fiction because it's wrong and that has a forbidden feel to it.

57. Whoa, what a way to really miss the point of the character, but it happens. Everything Rem did was for her because she loved her. It tells you that even shinigami have feelings that can make them seem really human.

Not!Secrets #1. This I why I give permission to let people spread my scanlation of my own stuff anywhere. It is kinda naive to believe that people is actually going to keep according to the rules, especially when it's illegal in the first place. I respect their wishes but I wish they realize that once you put it up for the internet, it's up for grabs, although I do agree that no one other the scanners and scanlators should claim it as their stuff if it's not theirs.

57. It's possible to like a character for the fact that she loves and is loyal and dislike the person she loves/is loyal to, correct? That's my reasoning for liking Rem and not being fond of Misa, anyway. Misa's got her good points, but overall...meh.

NS!2. Susumu Hirasawa is made of EPIC WIN, yes, but...for Berserk? I...don't see that as a very good match xD I just can't imagine his brand of dream-like music going very well with a hardcore series like that...I'd imagine more Queen- and Guns n' Roses-style rock, but maybe that's just me?

However...in a meta way, I pity Archie. He was the script's whipping boy. And then, ultimately, when Bush showed up and gave Horatio an encompassing ally actually from book canon, they killed him off.
