I dunno about his other books, but Jesus on a pogo stick Chainfire is boring. Also, Richard strikes me as something of a Gary Stu. Just thought I'd mention.

RE 162, the bottom three are what the OP means are actual loli (or what s/he considers loli).

The word you're looking for for Mikuru is 'moe' - the personality traits you're referring to. 'Loli' is more of a physical thing (hence why they put Sasami up there, even though she's probably the most mature girl in Tenchi Muyo).
