112 - no it's not wrong. not everyone likes the meta that a fandom will produce. some of us actually *gasp* just like the show for what it is. enjoyment and entertainment and not SRS BZNZ.

FWIW, I found the Spanish translations very canon-compliant. I've only read the first three (because that's how many were out when I was in Spain and needed something to read) but if the same people were involved in the later books, I would't worry about canon changes at all, excepting perhaps a few names.

101: EXACTLY. They mean the world and a half to me, and I wish people understood how talented and awesome they are.

139: OMG HELL YES. I think most people I know don't understand I actually think this show is brilliant on about a million different levels. Seriously, I could write essays on it just for fun. It annoys me that there's so little fanbase left, and many of the fans I've encountered do seem slightly crazy. Having said that, I miss The Tribe so much I want to cry. ;_;

Sorry, I'd be a little gentler if you didn't present this in a way that makes you sound like GIANT PRICK.

Yeah, fandom's a little stupid (okay, a lot stupid).

But don't bash Zach, just because you're relieved that Sweets is still around.

I'm fine with Sweets, and he can stick around for all I care, but I love Zach. A lot. He was everyone's little brother, and the entire cast cared for him in their way.

I cried when he was found out. Don't discount the feelings of many so easily, just because a few people wanked over it on the internet like morons.
