I just feel like this was ~~fate~~ and also stupidly ironic and that I should come out with the fact that I kinda sorta do love this pairing, because I just took photos of my Euphi~~nator~~ cosplay with a Suzaku in that exact same outfit.

I wish Euphie wasn't so hated now. :'/ I remember hating her, but now.. I just feel sorry for her. I watched episode 23 to get references a million times, and each time I think a little more of me died inside. I wonder how I could have been so heartless to have laughed.

though I do agree -- there need to be more het/yuri ships in Geass. As much as I love the Rololulu, I do want to see some girls getting in on the fun D: how come it's always the boys? *sigh* T^T

167. I had trouble liking Euphie at the start… more because she has long!pink!hair (see? two exclamation points? that’s REALLY bad) and acted all cutesy at first. But she fleshed out and becomes so integral to Suzaku… that I really can’t dislike her. Or the two of them as a pairing. Her appearance =/= her personality, I happily found out. :)

107. STILL one of my favorite anime series ever. You can keep your melodramatic CLAMP angels and magic girls, this series made me cry at least twice. (And I'm 24, by the way, so don't feel bad at ALL about your age, lol.)

120. I feel like Syesha was the "vamp" of the season, regardless of color: last year it was Haley Scarnato who the stylists had showing her legs all the time and she was white as can be. I think it's much more about finding that niche personality in the entertainment business and trying to dress and act accordingly to it to sell records - Syesha's sexy and she's not apologizing for it, she's going to be selling her music amongst other vampy female sex songstresses like Beyonce and Rhianna because that's her style. I don't want to look at it as a race thing; the previous two seasons the "sexy" female contestants were both white, and all of the black female contestants last season weren't sexed-up at all.
