120. I must say that, while the two (sexism and misogyny) often go hand in hand, they don't in the case of the mentioned character. I don't know if you watch the show or not, but I think it's pretty clear from the cannon that hating women isn't the issue, it's portraying them as incapable (which is definitely a serious pobem).
Also, congratulations on not being functionally illiterate (it's a serious problem in the spn fandom)

142 - I hate to admit, but you're right. Within the show, Martha doesn't get as much character development compared to other companions. The expanded universe novels/comics do a much better job in this regard.

I like some other baseball series, actually. But Oofuri is still my favorite among them. I'M SORRY? :(

(And honestly, I don't really like Oofuri gay so much as I like Oofuri hetero life partners, and I do know at least a few other fans who feel exactly the same way.)

And if people do like it for the homo undertones...um....so what? People will like what they like. While I can understand liking one series and wishing more people knew it was out there, saying that it deserves attention and x popular series doesn't always sounds incredibly butthurt.

Oh, nice. Very nice. There were two boys in my Spanish class, who I could swear were dating. The one boy said, 'can you pass me my book?' and the other said, 'yes, but you can suck me later'--IN SPANISH! With little snide grins, thinking no one would understand them! That's just the main incident...every day was similar.

Why I know how to say "suck me" in Spanish is a different story.

LOLZ. Are you kidding me? The reason I LOVED that show was because it was terrible. It was like my guilty pleasure/trainwreck/oh god I can't stop watching this is TERRIBLE show.

I mean, okay, yes. Would I like an awesome show about vampires? Of course. But I went in with low expectations and was genuinely entertained. It was full of lulz and I'm kind of frightened by people who actually think it's super amazing or whatever. COME ON. ARE WE WATCHING THE SAME SHOW?

Anyways. That show should never be srs bizness. But I'm sad it was cancelled because now I have nothing amazingly terrible to watch.
