130. I imagine it depends on what you mean by 'feminine'. I don't suppose it would fit with a Victorian man's ideal of femininity to be 'cool and kickass', but I would hope that nowadays we've expanded our idea of 'what it is to be a woman' far beyond that. (When it comes to people hating on women who actually are strong just because they're not strong in a typically male (insofar as that even means anything) way, I do take your point. But just wanting to see the female characters in a story have equal agency to affect the course of events in that story, and being happy when they do, is hardly misogynist.)
