Mostly because (and bear in mind my watching is sparse) the nondetective women seem to vary between weak victim, manipulative bitch, and submissive housewife/mother refusing to accept the obvious. There aren't a lot of women who both have good intentions and have the willpower to carry them through without being victimized.

126. Oh, Wei. Sparking cutting fantasies to people who aren't suicidal. I've actually never imagined myself with blood running down my fingers if only because I imagine him doing it a lot more than myself. I have this mindset where it's okay if he does it, because it's his contract. He doesn't do it because he's an emo cutter, he's so far from that it's not even funny. He's rather content to be a Contractor and cut himself to cause a bloody death since it's his contract, and Contractors don't feel emotions anyway. ... 133. Switch Ace with Zoro, and you've got my dilemna (though I haven't been watching much of the Funimation One Piece lately, so I actually don't know how Ace sounds like ;;). Out of all the 4Kids voices for Dub Piece, I only liked Zoro's. Now whenever he speaks, I just see Piccolo. And I know Zoro needs a manly voice, but I think it's too deep and gravely and ugh. D:

I don't know if you meant James Spader or Mr. Grey, but about Spader....y'know, he's not especially good-looking, and he plays the same soft-spoken creepy kinky guy in every role I've ever seen him in, but god DAMN if he isn't hot as fuck. I don't know how he does it -- it must be a subliminal vibe he emits that says, I will make you strip you of every scrap of dignity and self-control you think you have and you will love every shameful second of it, you dirty dirty girl.

And as an odd factoid, I was fascinated in finding out that James Spader has very poor eyesight, but a photographic memory. Weirdly, it adds something to his eyes in every picture/movie I see him in.
