Whole lotta Stranger Things going on today!

Yeah, I admit I've never watched the show. I'm not really into horror/adventure and I just can't be bothered.

I'm stuck like halfway through s2. It just feels like 40% of the show at this point is boring stuff that gets in the way of stuff I want to watch.

It's not for everyone. I honestly found season 1 hugely overrated (I basically thought it was okay but didn't understand why it got so popular) but I liked season 2 better and am more invested now. It still has it's flaws though.

I get that. I liked the whole early Stephen King vibe, but season one was a bit slow and IMO more style than substance. Season 2 was better,but there's lots of room for improvement.

Since we're on the topic of creepy sexual stuff... major lols on reddit. The "incel" group (that is, "involuntary celibate" group that frequently posts about how raping women should be legal and how women who have sex with men that aren't them are sluts, attractive men who do have sex with women should be castrated, etc.) has finally gone to hell. Literally. or not. anyway it's dead haha

Some secrets got me into MBMBAM which got me into their Polygon series. So I've been watching Griffin play video games with other people. It is really friggin' funny.

I binge-watched The Good Place and now I'm caught up. The first few episodes I wasn't sure what to think but I ended up really liking it, and even though the premise is so over-the-top I feel like I care about the characters.

I have all kinds of theoretical potential ships, but I haven't read any fanfic yet.

I haven't really connected with much completely new, I have been watching Star Trek Discovery but I'm not completely happy with it (I like the cast and it can be interesting but it's not "trek" enough for me.)

I caught up on Dirk Gently the other day because I forgot the second season was airing.
