Man, I friggin' love Carla Gugino. She really doesn't work enough in big projects, which is sad because she's much better than many actresses of the same type who do. If you're really interested in seeking out the rest of her stuff, OP, I'd look for Spin City (Season One), the Spy Kids movies, ABC's quickly-canceled Karen Sisco, Michael, Snake Eyes, and Miami Rhapsody. You'll have to suffer some real crap, and occasionally Nicolas Cage, but she's always quality.

I think many of the SF/Fantasy universes that spawn multiple shows/movies all get to a point where they really should stop, but they keep going. I found a "jump the shark" point with "Star Trek", "Star Wars", "Battlestar Galactica", "Stargate", "Highlander", and even "Buffy"/"Angel".

Although, in some ways, you hate to point out that shows like that have "jumped the shark", because so many potentially good genre series get axed before they can build an audience.

Same about my teenage.

When I knew about the difficulties Geri (she's my favourite) had been though, it gave me the strenght to be more confident, and taught me that even at being poor, you could be happy.

They are a part of my past, of my life, and of my current self.

No matter how people would judge them about their music, movie, and their attitude at this period, I still beleive they were cool girls and smarter than most of young women you can meet today. (At least, in the first year, before they got caught in the marketing trap. They've been victim of their success, and Geri have been the smarter because she realised this was not getting good. I have been very upset when she left the group, but today, I realise she had done the right thing.)
