Batman's voice makes me want to kick puppies, Joker's stupid tongue thing made me want to scream (not to mention he did a horrible disservice to the character overall), and when I looked at Two-Face all I could think was..."How are you going to survive like that? That eyeball is going to just dry up and fall out...and I'd think you'd be in so much pain you wouldn't even be able to move..."

I hated the movie. Hated it. It was three grown men bitching about how boo-hoo sad their pasts were and how that had pushed them to do these things when normal people would have GOTTEN THE FUCK OVER IT.

I actually think it was a good movie, but honestly Batman Begins was AMAZING. Yeah, the Liam Neeson stuff was a little ridiculous, but I don't care. Christian Bale rocked. Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine rocked. It was exciting and well-paced and fantastic. The only things I really loved about TDK were pre-Twoface Harvey Dent and Gordon. Oh, and Bruce Wayne's clothes.

I felt the same way about Twoface. It was a fantastic special effect, but it didn't make any logical sense. And they reduced Batman to some emo whiner whose voice was obscured for half the movie. If they were going to sacrifice Bale to the Ledger worship like that, they might as well have replaced him the way they replaced Katie Holmes and let the wonderful Bale go do something else with his time.

When the whole ferry thing started, I squirmed in my seat and started looking at my watch. I was tired by that point. Tired of the movie. And not because I'm stupid or have a short attention span or didn't get it.
