I'd guess the reason people think you're trying to be edgy isn't because nobody else ever wants to hurt people, it's this: "Hee hee you could pass by me on the street and ~never notice~ average old unassuming me, the ~potential sociopath~, which just how I LIKE it! *rubs hands together villainously, twirls mustache*" It really sounds like you'd enjoy being ~different. I don't think you are, though.

Well...our first cat was Hobo, then we got Miss Chin.

Our first set of three cats were called Desmodus Lucifugious, the Flightless Fruit Bat, Naja Haji Mastecophus, and Scratch Alegba.

Then came Chango, Jack, Oliver, and Diana.

The dog is Annalee.

I think they're all good names. :D Some of the cats we had as kid were called Delilah, Sua, Frosty, Morticia, Le Beau, and Pepperoni, and our dogs were Kiku and Streaker.

If you could be uploaded and become an artificial intelligence, would you do it, or no?

Why in hell is my 'converting' of a movie DVD to an mp4 on VLC only successful up to a point? The *same* point? About 3/4s of the way into the converted movie file, suddenly the audio just vanishes. So frustrating.

It would have to be a particularly extreme situation for me to even consider the idea, I think. Like, killing somebody who's violent and putting me/somebody I know in danger.

But in general, no, because I would still be paranoid that somebody would eventually find out, and my guilt would likely make me confess in the end anyway.

Your problem sounds less like you're a serial killer, and more like you're surrounded by either extremely sensitive souls or holier-than-thou pearl clutching hypocrites to me. I think most normal people would want to hurt, idk, someone who tortures puppies for fun. I'm not gonna go do it, most people wouldn't really go do it, but I'd be more weirded out by someone who didn't at least want to or didn't think they deserved a punch in the face, than someone who did.

The problem with the guy in this episode, though, was that he didn't just feel that way about the kinds of people mentioned above. He didn't understand how somebody didn't want to hurt people in general, whether or not they'd done anything to deserve it. That is a valid thing to be concerned about, I think.

And then, of course, he acted on those violent urges as well.

I loved that scene so much, but all of the music was on point to me. Especially during the fights and stuff. Even the peppy stuff just worked.

I think some of that magnetism is Cameron Britton shining through in the character. I've seen/heard a bunch of interviews that he's given about this role, and he seems like a really funny, interesting guy.

Sounds like a prison.
