I nearly cried when I read the dark text, I even had tears in my eyes.. When I read the secret I did. Please, don't let that happen. I know it might be hard to reach out to her at first, but at the very least try. Living in fear of a sibling is a terrible thing to do.

101. "Don't want to barge in" eh? You'll never make friends with this kind of attitude. People like others that they think are confident, and you sound anything but. You matter too, so prove it to others by being willing to seek them out and talk to them. Not wanting to 'barge in' holding you back, and i bet it won't be seen as barging in 8 times out of 10. It's the internet, people won't know you're there if you don't let them know, and they won't know you want to talk if you don't go talk to them yourself. Take a little responsibility for yourself, and take some action.

110 - TALK TO HER. No, seriously. If you can take the time to make a secret (and a very pretty, color-coded secret at that), you can take the time to sit down and talk to her. Even if it just starts out as a passing comment of "Oh, that's cool, I like that series too." You don't have to be her fandom mentor. You can let her have her teen Mary-Sue, badfic, OOC, whatever-phase. But talk to her. My sister's the reason why I got into fandom, but she died (in an accident) before I got to thank her for changing my life. I'm not trying to be melodramatic, but it always bugs me whenever I see anyone who has an issue with their sibling and they KNOW they need to talk, but they just DON'T. Don't regret not talking to her while you have the chance!
