122. Not everyone thinks it's okay, but his condescending attitude in regards to his intelligence really makes up for how actually weak and socially awkward he is. It's amusing and works well as comedic relief in the show. That's why no one really complains about it. Anyone who denies it, however, is delusional.

Secondly, just because you have allergies, doesn't mean they're the only thing you're going to talk about. Sure, he did talk a lot about his citrus allergy, but lately, there haven't been many scenes requiring him to bring it up-- that and he's too busy whining about everything else in the universe.

I just have never believed his allergies/hypoglycemia were real. He's to much of a hypochondriac for it to be real.

That and all of the fics where he has a bad allergic reaction or hypoglycemic episode only served to make me wonder why the hell he would have ever been allowed to go to Atlantis. If they're really THAT bad he's too much of a liability no matter how smart he is. Especially in the first year when they didn't have access to Earth.

I was getting a diploma in print journalism, but it didn't work out. (Now I'm a science major.)

Whenever I make a secret, I can't help: using guidelines to make sure all my text and other elements are aligned; giving the entire thing regular margins; using one serif font and one sans-serif font; etc.

In the end, I'll look at it and suddenly realize that while it doesn't look, "pretty," it DOES look reminiscent of a newspaper.

110- You really should try what you said. There's no reason to be scared about it; she'll probably really enjoy it, and probably wishes you two were closer too. I am 10 and 13 years older than my siblings, and I find ways to bond with them. With my brother (ten years difference) it was impressing him with my vast knowledge of pokemon (that resulted in my past obbsession) and letting him talk to me about all the new ones. With the sister that is 13 years younger, I try to be interested in her things, like Hannah Montana/Jonas Brothers/HSM (she's barely six, so cut her some slack) and it's really brought us together. It's definitely not to late.
