They'll find a way around it, of course. There were other Time Lords. And then there were NO other Time Lords. And then there was ONE ther Time Lord but hey, he was granted extra regenerations. And now there is... ONE Time Lord. Apparently.

Chances are, without a higher council, there's no limit on regenerations anymore, so we can have a thousand more Doctors.

135. If it's what I think it is, that was probably the most touching moment, maybe even the highlight of the whole show. Starscream actually being sympathetic? Starscream earnestly imploring Megatron to just stop being a douche? Starscream dying a manly tears death? All unexpected, but not in a bad way. 135. Yep, it's that scene, or at least as decent a screenshot as I could get of that scene. I think it was the first time in the series he felt like he was where he was supposed to be.

...only that happened to also be where he died, which sorta sucked for him.
