141. I thought the same thing, especially with that ending. I mean, it's the logical conclusion, right? It seems Eli isn't really comfortable going out and hunting for herself, so she had her human companion do it for her. For all we know he was also with her from childhood; he was pretty damn loyal. And now her human companion is Oskar. If he stays with her, he'll probably end up feeling obligated to find her victims to keep her alive. So yeah, it's a... bitter sweet ending. >>

156. I'm 99% positive that Jack, at some point in the show, laid heavy hints that he had a crush on Will, but since it was obviously unrequited, he got over it and found other boyfriends. But I don't think Will ever liked Jack that way.

153. I like Anette more, too! I knew of them for a long time, but can't say that I really liked them before Century Child because that's where Tarja started to sing instead of doing the opera shit. Some of the fics are hilarious, especially the ones very much OOC. When there was this Christmas show thing (two years ago?) with Marco, Tony and J-P from Charon, they were all kind of slashy together, but especially Marco and J-P. It was fun, too. My OTP is Marco/Tuomas, though. ;) BTW, Tony used to have a bright yellow skiing jacket. It was kind of cute/hilarious.

170. I got stuck with FMA some time after Wrath showed up (I HATE HIM), so I don't know her, but the Panda immediately rings my warning bells after the disaster that was Rage in Gravitation.

Yaaay! I've only known about Nightwish for a year or so, I found "Once" buried in my friend's mega-merged MP3 collection, and him and I both listened to "Wish I Had An Angel" within a week or two of eachother.

Anette's more amusing to watch, she seems more animated than Tarja was, at least in the music videos.

(I still don't know enough about their personalities to attempt to read fic. :( And that stuff is tough to find, even if I did want to read!)

LOL For some reason I had a very, very wierd idea pop into my head about Tuomas giving Tony Kakko a makeover. I have NO idea how it happened, but there's like poorly drawn chibi/thumbnails in a notebook for a little comic. (maybe it was reading like kakko_daily or something lol) A yellow skiing jacket?!! ROFLOL "Questionable fashion sense" indeed! He's still awesome though.

I'll admit that I'm a huge fan of both Stabler and Benson – especially Stabler – so I love that they're featured so prominently on the show (not that I don't like the others, I'm just big fans of Elliot and Liv). They work really well together and that's part of the entertainment factor for me.

That said, it's not because I'm a huge fan of Stabler/Benson. In fact, I would HATE it if they got together. I really could not ship them any less than if I tried. And, besides, I actually like Stabler with his wife (shocker, I know, since I seem to be one of maybe 10-20).

Yes. They are. I've seen them on lj... makes me scared of like, trying to be a part of the fandom--it never used to alienate me in the past, I don't know why it does now. (What sucks is there's two or three people who are in both Sonata/Nightwish fandoms and they're like CRAZY fans! I was all like,
"Geez, I just discovered this band and I instantly can pick out the crazies!" (All those years in Jrock fandom sure helped me lol)

I think I'll lurk moar for now... maybe check out the official boards, if I'm up to it.

Yes. Duh. This was pretty much what I thought it was. That Eli when she first met Oskar knew that her current caretaker would fuck up very soon and that she would need a replacement. And that the older guy knew this as well - which is why he was so resigned.

Basically: Older guy - Oskar in 50 years
Oskar - Older guy 50 years ago

The movie set up quite a few parallels between the two, both in their portrayals as well as giving both of them the same visual cues.

I love Volakis and am bummed that the show didn't call her by last name.

I never thought she was the female version of House; I thought she was her own kind of bitch and I respected and loved that.

I shipped Volakis/Wilson so hard, and I think in an alternate universe they are spending the rest of their lives together being awesome and having amazingly hot sex.

I also think when some day Wilson gets over himself he will end up banging House ten ways to Sunday.
