Okay, so I'm one of those people who occasionally thinks they hear the TARDIS, tries to do things that would make the Doctor proud of them, will probably never give up wanting to be a Companion, and has at least half-seriously considered what to do if they're ever offered the opportunity to leave everything behind and have fantastic adventures in time and space.

I think, maybe, you might perhaps be taking this just a bit too far. Just possibly.

Okay, I'm not an "older fan." Nine is My Doctor. And I'm not going to say "crai moar," but...

This is the nature of the show. It has happened many, many times before, and it will happen again. If you can't handle it, DW is probably not the show for you. My guess is, though, that you'll get used to it, just like every other DW fan. And for those who have been around for a while and really Get It, all the whiny DT fans (which I'm not saying you are; being sad when Your Doctor leaves is perfectly legitimate) come off as obnoxiously n00bish. So the backlash is understandable.

130 - rofl, I agree. I've always liked Ruby ever since her first damn appearance. I miss KC, but I'll deal with new Ruby. Dean/Castiel is practically canon whereas Sam/Ruby was used to make a point that Sam is becoming ~dark~. =(

131 - lol oh man. I think Uther/Morgana has tons of sexual tension. Of course most of that cast has sexual tension with everything. Heck, I ship Arthur/sword as of this moment because there is sexual tension in every prop on that set.

138 - I ADORE that movie. Oh man, Joan Cusack was so great. I want to watch it now.

145 - Uh, if I found someone IRL that sounded like Brendon Small, I'd ship me/that person. Just saying.

Oh Aeryn/Crichton - I loved that ship, but it started to irk me a bit in season five because it took the focus away from other characters that I liked, like Chiana, who seemed to retcon back into a brat again.

I didn't like PKW, they killed D'argo and it felt like they had taken half a season's worth of plotlines and pared them back back to fit 3 1/2 hours. Also, they didn't bother doing as good a good on the prosthetics in the mini as they did in the series, the make-up job on Akhna is terrible compared to the series.

I'm looking forward to the webisodes tho

101 - Oh GOD I forgot. I haven't seen HSM3 yet (lol whatev. I'll watch it when it's free on demand.) But I remember hearing about where all the kids end up in the end, etc. And I remembering genuinely saying 'uhm. Sharpay deserves better. I sincerely doubt she'd be happy being a high school drama teacher straight out of high school.' She'd never get to go out and pursue her dreams, and that made me sad for her little fictional self.

165) You know, there are many reasons why Twilight is poorly written, but that they find true love in High School isn't one of them. Truth: Some high school sweethearts do marry -- and stay married happily all their lives. Your true love can show up at any time, for some that time is high school. TL;DR write your story. Just... you know... try to have your main character actually do something other than passively watch her life go by.
