Does your menstrual cycle affect where you fall on the scale? Like I have two full days every month where I only like the ladies, and one day where i'm all about the men. The rest of the time i'm solidly 50:50.

Not really. It seems pretty random for me. Sometimes I'm mostly into ladies, sometimes mostly into men. Usually I'm about 60/40. But sometimes I'll get one or the other preference. It doesn't seem based on cycle.

My cycle has only slightly ever affected my sex drive in general. I'm always turned on right around my period certainly, but I've always had a high sex drive in general and am turned on probably at least part of 75% of days or more.

I don't think so? I'm turned on by hot people and the time of the month doesn't seem to matter.

Don't have one. I like what I like.

Most noticeably affects sex drive since I feel like I wander the scale normally with little pattern I can figure. But right around my period, smut-wise I’ll suddenly really strongly want either m/m or f/f (also a toss-up for which one), with only occasionally looking for both or het or everything.

Not the, er, objects of affection, per se.

But I get a lot more interested in reading about... rough... sex a couple of days before it starts. So... that's a thing, I guess?

I like men mostly, but during that week it's usually all men. If a woman drops into my imagination there's usually a man close by in there too.

No more happiness, no more joy or individuality... but no more sadness, no more pain or anger or worry.

Lets assume there's no hidden horrible surprise, and it is exactly as promised. You taking that deal?

Nope. I'm already not a very emotional person. Wouldn't want to lose the emotions I have. And when I'm the most unemotional is when my depression is the strongest. So no thank you.

Hey, if I wanted a lifetime of not being able to feel much more than vague meh about anything, I could just settle in the far side of misery sort of depression where nothing matters, without potentially dooming the human race.

Though really, the robot body would solve the problem of me not wanting emotions (because the only emotions I have any more are frustration and anxiety caused by my physical health problems - I found Seven so relatable in Voyager for not understanding how or why people eat for pleasure, rather than just because they have to).

Yeah. Anxiety disorder has been really hell on my physical health. Honestly I'd do a lot to be able to sleep at night and not throw up regularly.

No. Are we getting rid of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system? Mirror cells? The amygdala? When we don't even know what they do completely? That's completely ignoring that need for difference in the ability of humans to survive. That's a stupid decision. Only a short-sighted fool would say yes.

Jaw still hurts badly. But I got 10 hours of sleep last night, so that's good.

Watched a bunch of Doctor Who. Had a Toastmaster's officer's meeting on Zoom that just finished.

Played with my kitty. She was hilarious today because we got 5 inches of snow that has stuck because we have 20 degree weather. She's never seen snow before. She actually stayed out on the porch for an hour watching the snow and the bird. The I had to give her flea medicine, so now she's busy sulking. She'll forgive me when it is dinner time.

Got about 7 inches of snow. Never got above 0 degrees F today. Going to get 3 more inches tomorrow. ;_; Power company said they might have to start doing rolling blackouts due to the power grid being used so hard.

Okay. Took the day off from work, got some half-off Valentine's day candy. Currently experiencing some unpleasant TMI body issues, hoping I haven't done anything irreversible or requiring medical intervention.

Every now and then I get one of those that really does seem like the memes. -_-

Handled so many tickets for work today and every single one of them fell into two categories:

1: Here is a table full of dates and times, some of which are the same from one row to the next and others of which change very slightly from one row to the next. Please encode hundreds of these rows of dates and times in HTML format and place it on the website.

2: We decided to change the official job titles given to certain positions and now we need to update all our policy documents to reflect those new job titles. But we're not going to tell you that, we're just going to tell you to replace the HTML-coded versions of the policies on the website with the content in these PDFs and not say why, so for all you know there may be one extra word somewhere else beyond the pattern you noticed after the first four, meaning you have to recreate every single one of these PDFs. And by the way we're going to create a separate ticket for every single one of them too.

#2 was so bad that even though I was the one handling all the tickets today, one of my coworkers who handles such tickets when I'm not around spazzed out in the Discord because of a dozen email notifications in about five minutes.

Bonus: Sub-boss wanted to have a meeting tomorrow with me and one other person to discuss a project we're taking the lead on. Scheduled it exactly when I had intended to schedule my grocery order pick-up. I laughed about that and she was like "oh no we can do the meeting anytime" and I told her I could do the meeting anytime, I hadn't even placed the order yet. So meeting at 10am, and I figured I'd schedule groceries for my 2pm afternoon break instead of my morning break.

But even though I told her not to worry about it, 10am was fine, she rescheduled it... for 2pm. Fortunately I still hadn't put in the grocery order so it wasn't a problem, just... really not a case of good coordination. ;)

Whether you’d rather the character to not be in it all or become less prominent - with the story either being more of an ensemble piece or focusing more on a different character.

Like Scott McCall. I don’t hate the character, but a lot of his story arcs were just sort of listless to me. There were points when Teen Wolf had less of a focus on Scott McCall and I enjoyed it more.
