I love those movies because I rarely feel as close to a main character as I do to Amanda Young. When I'm depressed, watching her makes me feel less alone.

Also, you know, Tobin Bell plays one of the most fascinating characters I've ever seen in a horror film. The ones without him are kinda sucky.
