I wouldn't say it was worth hating on, but it was definitely way more boring than the Mandalorian and Andor.

Not "I'd rather watch shit steam" boring, but it was definitely below the other two in terms of story and characters, in my opinion.

But then again, I'm way less interested in the over-explored space wizards than I am the other things.

It's my favorite of the SW shows. I'll admit to being biased because the prequels are 'my' SW and I really like OWK as a character. I can see how it wouldn't be for everyone, especially if you were expecting the kind of fights/action the PT had.

I liked that it was quieter, that it was really about OWK's emotional journey, and not a bunch of other random 'cool' SW nonsense the nerdbros want to see.

I'm also not sure if it's as hated as some people seem to think, same way I don't think Andor is as universally beloved as (the same?) people believe. The loudest voices in fandom tend to create the narrative, but it doesn't always reflect what's actually going on.

At the very least, I know a bunch of other people who feel the same way you and I do about this show.

I fell hard for this pair and was so sad it was obviously only going to be a temp relationship. I just spent the past couple days devouring fic for them.

I can see the fan theory that Eddie is just shoved so far in the back of the closet that he genuinely doesn't understand his love for Buck, but also I think he's an asshole and Buck can do better. I dare not say that to the fangirls XD
