Huh, this is pretty much my favourite web comic (though granted I haven't read that many). The art is gorgeous, the plot is rather more than what I expect from yaoi (though I do agree about the random and gratuitous smut), and the smut is hot. IMO the cliche part would be how Abel fell for Cain the bad boy just like that.

Meh, I'm just happy to see new pages when I checked it today. Thanks for the reminder.

Hmm. I always felt that they had some real character growth in Sinnoh, but since I haven't had a chance to see any of Unova I don't know if it carried over. But in Sinnoh Jessie really got a chance to shine with Pokémon Contests, Meowth became a master ramen chef, and James... I don't remember what James got to do. It's been a while... I feel like he didn't have a special thing but he got to grow as a person, although I reserve the right to be wrong!

Y'know, a lot of people say Japan is racist due to the country's isolation. But as someone who has lived in the US, Japan and Australia throughout various stages of my life, I didn't really notice a difference in the levels of racism. The type of racism itself is different, but considering the US and Australia both toute themselves as fairly multicultural countries, their racism is too pretty widespread, particularly in the media.

Yes! Thank you! I remember a while back there was a zombie fic comm, I of course get very excited. Then a post shows up for plots etc.. and everyone was picking fucking pairings and planning romantic storylines. I was like fuck that! I want post apocalyptic fic with people getting their limbs torn off and their brains eaten. I was so disappointed and left. If I want romance I can to any of the bazillion comms out there meant for that.

If I ever found out that the bullies who made my life hell back in school were leading horrible lives, I'd feel pretty happy about it too. Karma.

And also, maybe I just friend the TMI kind of people, but I pretty much find out a lot about people's lives, family, rants, what's going wrong with them the moment I friend their journal. It doesn't seem like a lot of people bother with filters beyond the default flock. I can see how if you friended someone over an RP, it'd be easy to find out what was going on in their lives.

Boyish means like a boy and implies that certain traits are masculine. Just because a girl is a tomboy and has certain traits that are stereotypically considered more masculine doesn't mean she is boyish. Only boys are boyish.

I've never heard of this at all anon. Where I live, K-Dramas are very popular and even foreign culture is on the rise. Unfortunately, there are always anti-foreigner people everywhere, but don't worry. Change is slow but it's definitely happening.

Yeah, I'm pretty surprised that no one here would even feel the slightest bit of schadenfreude at seeing a group of bullies suffer. Much like evangelizing religious zealots, I feel like the ones yelling the loudest probably have the most to hide when it comes to their own morals.
