I'd argue that social anxiety (especially severe social anxiety) is not something you can just "get over" with a bunch of effort, and is akin to an actual mental disorder, so you may as well tell bipolars to keep their emotions in check, or schizophrenics to turn off their delusions via effort.

It's usually anons that make the character RP'd have some sort of effect. Like say, there's this character, lets call them Charlie, and they get a magic!anon in their asks telling them that, for certain time (let's say a week), they are a woman. So Charles will be a woman for a week.

They post as Anonymous and start their ask message as MA or Magic Anon and follow with. "Character is opposite Gender for next 24 hours." or "Character is now a vampire." or they are de-aged, have cat ears etc. And the character blog will act in accordance to what had happened to them.

Basically, an anon will send the blog an ask like 'magic!anon: X character is now a mermaid/man for 24 hours' and the character (should the blog owner wish) must now answer all asks in the next 24 hours as if the character was turn into a mermaid/man.

I remember that at one of the LJ communities like CanonSues, there was a frequent poster who called herself Hoppytoad, and whose posting MO amounted to "CASSANDRA CLARE SAID/DID SOMETHING!!! RAAAAAAAAAEEEEEEEEGE!!!" I mean, this person was obsessed. For all I know, she's still at it.

Listen to them while cleaning, cooking, sewing, working on your car, gardening, walking, etc. I can't listen to them while I'm just sitting, there's no way. I have a bit of a drive to work so I tend to listen to them in the car. But once I have something to keep my body busy, I could listen to it for hours at a time.
