You know, sympathy usually comes from who has better motives, not who has fewer guns.

IA about the civilians thing though...although I can't think of any intentional examples of it. Like, the scene in "Apocalypse Now" with the helicopters shooting the villagers down was intended to be heartbreaking and horrific, and the director was really pissed that everyone cheered at it.

I agree completely. I find Clay distasteful and I stopped watching when I realized that they're the inevitable endgame (at least, that's the way the romance genre usually goes).

Just the fact that she had to hide the bouquet her boyfriend sent her so Clay wouldn't... whatever he would have done that made them hide it, set off all kinds of alarm bells with me.

I agree; but then the Moriarty on Sherlock is the worst I've ever seen. Even the five minute scene he has in TGG is too much screen time...

Meh, you're allowed to enjoy things that are less than perfect. I don't trust Metacritic's scores anyway (most 'mainstream' video game critics are full of shit).

And don't let anyone tell you Octodad isn't awesome. Because it is. (It's so frustrating though)
