Actually, there are scarier things to worry about.

Such as, the teeny-bopping scene kids listening to them, and then becoming a full-fledged OMG JAPONAIS KAWAII NEKO-CHAN YA YA FAN DESU. And then the comms will be flooded with nothing but spam about HOW HAWT DAT BOI IS OVER THAR instead of what it's really all about-- THE MUSIC.

I'm not one of those people that get so overprotective over favorite bands, but when they get people listening to them just because they're HAWT & AZNS, then it's like... just get the fuck out. Like, seriously. There are different types of fans, yeah, but the shallow ones can just go die in a fire or something.

32. I agree with you that Ariel was spoiled and made horrible decisions, but on the other hand she did her damnedest to pursue and get what she wanted.

Speaking from experience, I wanted to be like Ariel because she was pretty, had a nice singing voice, and went on undersea adventures with her ocean pals. I wasn't really evaluating her as a character...

The sexy part I can't really relate to, but the chestbursters are freaking adorable. Even as a little kid, I wanted one for a pet. Facehuggers are cute as heck as well, for that matter.

19. Franziska/Gumshoe FTW~! x3 Thank god there's someone else in the fandom. I like Gumshoe/Maggey, but with Franziska...it's just so THERE. But then, the Phoenix Wright fandom is just one of those where you can easily pair up anyone with pretty much anyone else and it make sense.

32. She's a mermaid. Despite being Disney, in a way they were KINDA true to the original myth. Still, I can't stand Ariel either. >_O

Or if you meant the step before getting in, then it's merely a case of confidence. There many more intimidating RP's, such as Damned or CFUD, you may have heard of them.

Tohru really is a great person. n_n I wish I could be like her.. Or at least more like her. You're not at all alone..! Even if everyone could just take a little bit of her personality for themselves, I think we'd all be better people.. She's very inspiring. Even when she's selfish, she's thinking of others.

Not only that, but, I don't think there's any shame in aspiring to be like a character in a manga or anime. A lot of people are inspired to change themselves by books or movies, what makes manga and anime different? Nothing. ANYTHING is a good reason to inspire you to better yourself.

32. Lots of people are replying to this and objecting, but I think you're absolutely right. She was a complete brat. I think she was stupid for selling her father out. Still, she's classic Disney, and yeah she did learn in the end. Most bratty kids grow up, hehe.
