16. She is, without a doubt, my favorite writer ever. I just started rereading the Earthsea series and I'm researching her short stories for a project in English class. I wish I had been able to appreciate her more when I was younger.

Maybe you could write her a letter? If there's no possibility of meeting her in person, then at the very least you can get your thoughts to her that way. I might try doing that too. Her address is on her official website.

14) There are no new ideas. I've heard rumors about how possessive the furry (almost-furry?) fandom can be, but that shouldn't discourage you! If you're that worried about it, you could always try putting your own unique spin on the idea.

24) Vash himself just makes me happy. I feel that Trigun helped me mature emotionally, and maybe even influenced me to interact with people and generally have more courage than I would've otherwise. Much love for that series. ♥

...I want this crossover now, so bad. Quatre gets the Death Note, Light gets the Zero System. Treize hires L to save the world. The rest of the G-Boys hanging out with Mello, Matt, and Near. I CAN PICTURE THIS AND IT IS GOOD. XD

YES! Finally, someone who agrees.

In all truthfulness, in some way I don't blame her for being mad at Fox for dumping her (although it raises the question: if he felt it 'wasn't safe' for her to be on the team, why did he even let her on in the first place?) because he seemed to leave his brain at the door in the game as well...

... But she came off as a HUGE douche in about 8/10ths of the story paths. I seriously wanted to throttle her when she said something about Andross being 'misunderstood and a good guy'. Did she honestly mean that or was she trying to intentionally piss Fox off?

I also hate how Krystal's slobbering fanboys claim that she's also a 'deep' character because of 'Command'. Deep characterization =/= Piss-poor handled story paths and plot development.

Anyhow, sorry for being tl;dr, but it's just SO NICE to see someone who thinks almost the same.

9. I'm not the same, but I find this secret to be so full of win that I'm drowning in it. XD I don't even know what fandom that bottom picture is from but it made me laugh like a banshee. (And Nanny reference FTW!).

11. I remember the first time I watched it, and after that I was hooked too. Holy crap, I bought the DVD, the soundtrack, wrote stories, bought an entire newsie ensemble, learned the dance moves...lawdy. That is the best movie ever, and I hold onto that firmly, even now. 1. Sounds like you've never been in a fandom that's barely existed because it's so small. >_<

Anime/manga fandom like that? No LJ comm, hard to find raw scans, no scanlations, one or two fanfics per year, one or two fanarts per year and if there's a LJ comm only about 3-5 pay attention to what's being posted on it (I won't even get into the fact that it can be months between posts).

Spend time in a tiny fandom like that and then try telling me that they're so great compared to bigger fandoms.

But Toguro? Yeah, much better than Sensui who, IMO is a whiny emo boy with a cute boyfriend. Toguro's not your typical musclebound idiot. He has depth. He even holds sway over Karasu, who is awesome in about 87 different ways.
