Download utorrent from utorrent.com
Go to kickass.to
Find what you want to torrent. Look for the file with the most seeds (and the size you want. The bigger it is, the longer it takes to DL).
Click on the link.
Click on the magnet (when you hover over it says Magnet Link).
A box should come up asking if you want to use utorrent.
Tell it yes/ok.
It should start automatically.
When the file is down downloading, I usually close utorrent down because I am a terrible person who does not seed things.

I liked Rodney and Katie too, it wasn't like my OTP or anything but they were cute. I always felt like Rodney and Keller was a bit forced, especially when one of the first episodes where you see them interacting at length Rodney is busy hitting on Carter.

Atlantis was becoming such a swinging door in the later seasons that sometimes I didn't even feel like Keller was meant to be there until the end. They really should have done something more with her to make her feel like part of the team.

Might not be exactly what you're looking for (since it is still a dystopia), but the Imperial Radch books by Ann Leckie make a solid point of having multiple, liveable environments, none of which can be summed up as "polluted urban hellhole." Even the bits on space stations tend to point out the decorations, religious icons, the fashion for loud colors and lots of jewelry, etc.

Also there's some of the greatest worldbuilding I've ever seen, if you're into that.
