I posted this elsewhere so I'm just going to copy/paste it here:

I worded my secret poorly. I didn't mean I *wanted* wank, just that wank in this fandom sometimes seems inevitable, and if people are going to argue over something anyway, I'd rather them argue over something that means something to me--i.e., the 9th Doctor is underrated.

And can I say "something" one more time? :)

Now honestly, I don't mind Good and Evil so much, but what I really hated was them changing the Lucy/Hyde stuff into her being disgusted/DO NOT WANT about Hyde. The original, with her being into it during Dangerous Game is so very much better. Not to mention the HOT.

It's not that cracky, by the standards of the fandom. And it works better than Mitsuko/Kazuo (as, if Hiroki wasn't interested in Kayoko, Mitsuko hadn't killed Takako and he could get her attention for long enough, he could prove that he was different to most of the other guys she'd met).

It could be done. Not by me, as Mitsuko's not a character that I can write well, but it's not an impossible ship.

very true. the way i think of it... if BR hadn't happened, there is a small chance that Hiroki/Mitsuko could've happened. I could see some chance happenings causing them to get together.

8. I'm not sure what you're trying to say. What I see in this picture are a bunch of half-starved women desperately trying to look appealing. Of course, to each their own, and you'll find different things hot than me, which is fine. But that picture triggers my "bwuh" reflexes.

47. I understand your anger at stupid, badwritten fanfiction, but believe me when I say you're not the quality police. I don't think it's right, or fair of you, to flame somebody off the Internet. I am far from being a fanbrat, and I've gotten several flames for no reason--telling me to kill myself and do the world a favor, telling me how sick and demented I am for writing two guys kissing, telling me how fat and ugly I am, telling me that I should just die, etc.etc.
I'm sorry, but I think flamers really are the lowest. Resorting to insults to push your opinion on others is not a good thing. Leaving constructive, even biting criticism is good, and an effective way to vent without being a complete asshat.

11. What pairing?! I swear, I am the only person who doesn't ship Chakotay/Janeway. I don't like Chakotay/Seven either, but every one in the fandom seems to love C/J. Whhhhhyyyy??? Yes they had a great relationship, but it was a stable, firm, good, Captain/First Officer one, not lovers. I doubt either one of them would have overstepped that line, both having been Captains.

39. 9th Doctor pwns 10th Doctor. CE is the better Doctor, actor, and let's face it, better looking. And I prefered the whole father-daughter relationship he seemed to have over the implied sexual one with the 10th Doctor.

45. Where'd Shona go?? I've seen pretty much all of season 1 and episodes from other seasons, but nothing solid, and all of a sudden Shona left, it makes me sad :'(

Nine is so superior in every way to Ten. And before a kind soul comes to tell me to get over it - that's not the point. I find DT's doctor enjoyable in his own ways, I still like the series. But I still think 9 > 10. CE as an actor was able to bring a depth and subtlety to the character that I really love.
