No music at all while studying or trying to get something important done. No idea how people can concentrate if they have that.

Actually I don't really listen to music at all when I'm doing almost any creative task. I pretty much solely listen to it while in travel or while exercising.

I'd say he has the worst case of resting bitch face, but that seems to refer to people who look that way when they aren't angry. And my co worker usually is angry. Is LJ safe?

I know lots of you don't agree but Livejournal still works really well for me and I'd like to keep using it. But I'm concerned about the fact that they are now owned by a Russian company. I'm not too concerned about the content on my LJ being leaked or something since I'm fairly careful about what I say but I did once pay for a paid account that can be traced back to my real name (way back when it belonged to the original creators). It's the only place on the internet that has that connection, and I use my fandom name everywhere.

Basically, does anyone know anything about LJ's situation in this regard? I know it's dying but would it ever fold under completely and does Russian law allow for publicizing information like my real name? Or did they even send my name over when the transfer occurred?

BLEARGH I had a whole evening planned out (bike ride, fix the bike after an inevitable crash, make a dinner, make a secret, phone a friend, win millions, play games, dwell on the past...), but fuck me for closing my eyes to take a quick nap. I probably turned off my alarm when it went off and slept straight through the next six+ hours :/

Since working overnights, this first week off has been mostly wasted being well-rested and useless. Any other folk have advice. One thing I'm thinking about is making sure I'm outside during the hours I'm more likely to "nap".
