Are you in my class? The only reason I'll be able to remember which letters pair up for our test next week is because of Cain/Glitch... (Maybe C/G is a different OTP for you, but that's mine...) I was going to secret that sometime soon. I probably will anyway.

I think furries are creepy because of otherkin/therian associations, not because of the art or the porn or the kinks, though I don't really care for those either.

3. I never finished watching Lucky Star, but I thought she was cool because, as you said, she acts like a male otaku. She's not like most female characters, and I could relate to her.
5. I'm glad I usually watch raws. When I watch subs, I chill out and don't translate, so I'd end up believing whatever nonsense you made up. Not criticizing you though, becuase it sounds like a fun thing to do.
22. Dumb as it sounds, it'd sadden me if my favorite songs were on an FST of a pairing I hate. I tend to like a song less if I listen to it and it really reminds me of a disliked ship.

1. I do that too. Though usually I eventually get shown a lot of fandom material by friends despite me asking them not to, usually of the eye-piercing, "God I don't want to see this" variety.

38. The Japanese believe androgyny to be more attractive than straight up masculinity or femininity. Sounds to me like you're just writing a western story with an anime style. Not that there's a problem with that, but there's a reason that Japanese dub John Wayne to have a high voice.

42. I think you could probably get away with, "Wow, you've really changed the way I look at this fandom." Usually it makes someone pretty happy to get a compliment like that. Or you know... someone will find them and go, "Hey, you got a fandomsecret!"

54. I think the reason people are squicked by furries is that a lot of furries have many of those things as seconds. Otherwise I don't think most people would care. Unfortunately "cartoon anthro" has become synonymous with "Drama" and "fucked up sex", which is really unfortunate for the sane furries out there that just happen to really like Minerva Mink.

2. There's a difference between speaking one's mind and being "witchy" and rude. I've run into a number of people in fandom who are rude, spiteful, and outright malicious, yet who try to excuse themselves by saying they're just speaking their mind. It is possible to have opinions and express them honestly, while still not upsetting or alienating people.
5. This makes me glad I've never watched fansubbed anything. (Although... I swear the American dub of Yugioh does a similar thing XD)

5. I don't believe that this is true. It's likely I haven't watched the subs that this secret is talking about, but I think it's a great disrespect the creators of the characters and the anime to take what they say out of context, I really think this secret was only posted to start wank. Yep.

8. :( I think you should come clean about it. Original characters can be really important to people and it's unfair for you to use them without the creators permission to do what you will with them. Maybe you should create a character of your own if you want to RP that. Put yourself in the other person's shoes and ask if you would be ok with THEm doing that with one of YOUR characters behind their back.

19. I'm afraid you're in love with the characters rather than the people who are portraying them, my dear. It might be a good idea to reevaluate your relationships with them both. Do you spend alot of time doing non fandom things and talking about stuff that isn't related to those characters? If not, I'd imagine that your relationship wasn't really based on mutual attraction and the desire to be with each other, but really your OTP and liking for certain characters.

I'm the creator of that secret, and I just thought I'd let you know that I do have permission to use her character in RPs (we borrow each other's characters all the time, we're both fine with it), the only issues is that I used her character in smut specifically and she doesn't know.
So yeah, the point of this secret wasn't so much using the character without her knowing, but me using him in smut without her knowing. She doesn't really like smut, so she won't RP it, which is why I did it with someone else...but her character is just so sexy I can resist. x:
I just wanted to let you know that, in case you had any other advice for me. ^^;
