4. I used to be a member of a really awesome RO RP server, and it was one of the greatest times I've ever had on the internet- fun and engaging and I made loads of friends and I loved the stories I got to take part in there. When I had a big fall out with someone and had to leave, it really broke my heart and I wish to this day that it hadn't ended so badly and I could go back there and RP (Unfortunately not possible), because I had so much fun.

I don't know what the point of my comment is, but I was really excited to see a RO secret so just felt the need to comment. o_o;

(Also because that Priestess looks a lot like what my old Priestess used to look like! +D)

1. I used to feel that way about one of my fandoms, and then I found out someone had written for it, and it was one of the best stories I had ever read, fanfic or not. But if it's going to bother you and you want to stay away from it, go ahead.

It's not about being 'squicked' by furries. I'm not sure what it's about, really, but I've never encountered anyone who is actually squicked by them. It's just a matter of... really really disliking them.

Also, you list vore, which, while not exclusively a furry kink, is very heavily linked to it.

54. People have kinks. Alternately, people have squicks! Just because there's something worse doesn't mean that furries won't still be gross to some people. Think of it this way- if you told a completely vanilla person that some people like to play with shit while they fuck, that wouldn't make them go "WOW, BDSM IS LIKE TOTALLY NORMAL, I SHOULD TRY THAT WITH MY HUSBAND NEXT WEEKEND". Personally, I'm not "squicked" by very much at all- I just dislike furries.

Regarding 11: Right on. I don't get it either. It's pure fluff, but throw a vampire in there and it's ~mysterious, sexy, *dangerous*~ fluff. Bulllshiiieet. This is what fantasy fandom looks like after the Harry Potter apocalypse.

Regarding 41: Hardcore Disney fans scare the crap outta me. Now I used to wish I could be as sexy as Princess Jasmine and I wanted to have hot lesbian sex with Pocahontas (oooh yeah!), but slashing Goofy and Mickey or whatever it is these people do is just beyond creepy. Kinda like those "Disney weddings" that were advertised a little while ago: "Have a Disney-themed wedding, be just like Cinderella! Frighten your guests! Your cats can come too!" D:

There...were actually weddings like that? The only things I ever saw were gowns that were supposed to be the Princess dresses and ended up only being vaguely based on the idea of their original outfits and pretty much just looking like regular gowns. But entire weddings? Now all I can imagine are happy little forest animals prancing around, a baby deer being the ringbearer, dwarfs playing the organ...

And while LS isn't dead on complexity or character depth, I know there's a little more to it. She made a girl in here stop hating herself for being flat-chested. Go figure.
Also I was just talking about liking characters despite their flaws and BECAUSE of their flaws today.

And for Chrissakes, if LS characters are lolis then so are Disgaea ones. It's freaking charades.
