3. I've only seen about ten minutes of Lucky Star, but by your description I'm assuming that the reason people like her is BECAUSE she's a fat male sweaty otaku in a loli's body. You don't really see that much pathetic nerdiness in a big-eyed girl often, so it's unique? Or something.

15. Yeah...the anime is freaking lolarious. There are just some things you shouldn't do in animation. Flying sparkling potato-chip crumbs/spit is one of them. The manga generally uses EPIC ANGLES instead of cheesy slow-mo/red and blue hair to convey the melodramatic-ness, which is much more tolerable. But the anime? ...I can't help but lol.

34. Ahahaha xD I think you very well could be one of the few cheerleaders I'd get along with ♥ I'd LOVE to see that routine done, especially since they were totally clueless where it came from. That makes me smile~

52. Is...is that Light's LOL mouth on that girl?! O__O' That said, I can see why you'd dislike her art and such (stereotypically shojo and what have you), but is there a specific reason? Her plots, characters, etc? I'm just curious.

My boyfriend and I spent New Years Eve watching Death Note on TV and laughing at Light's shenanigans, animation goofups and other silliness. We don't take it that seriously, hence why we enjoy it so much. :D

1. Sometimes I purposely avoid looking for fanfiction/fanart/etc. for certain things I love because I'm afraid I will somehow become "corrupted" towards it and not be able to look at the show/character/etc. the same way again. Some things you just have to handle PROPERLY... especially when it comes to something from my childhood. Sometimes fandom just can't do it justice, I agree :)

1- There are some books, tv shows, movies, and pairings that just leave my satisfied the way they are. So I do not feel the need to find the fandom or read fanfic because they are already perfect to me.

20- Why did it have to be Rachel?! She was my favorite character behind Tobias; KA Applegate killed half of my OTP.

29- I watched the British version on DVD after season two of the US version and I liked ours better.

Lulz at all these comments, furry is NOT GENERALLY A KINK. It's just a hobby. Of course, ALL FANDOMS have their weirdo's. You don't see us generalizing all anime fans as tentacle obsessed hentai lovers.

The problem is about 5% actually do it as a hobby. Alot of others are sex feinds, weirdos, or like I was/am, just in it for the cash (artist). The majority ARE perverts. Furries come out all the time saying "we aren't all like that! thats just a few!" but I can say for certain that that's untrue.
