39. If you're genuinely curious, a lot of the appeal of bandom is the constant new flood of information. Interviews and pictures and factoids are being released or uncovered all the time. It's a very lively fandom. Plus, you get a lot of boys and young men of varying background, appearance, level of talent, and personality, all coming together to make music and crack and be ridiculously affectionate to one another (plus, you know, the stagegay doesn't hurt). ...I'm not sure you wanted a real answer to that, though. XD I do understand being put off by a fandom when your entire flist is consumed by it. That always sucks. ;__;

The new information thing makes a lot of sense, actually, I hadn't thought of that before. I still don't get the appeal of real people, to be quite honest (we have real life for that!) or the attractiveness of most of the people involved, but I guess that's a personal thing. Thanks for taking the time to explain it to me. (And Gerard Way is one of the few guys in bands these days who are genuinely hot, IMO-- I actually do listen to some of the bands and like them, I just have no interest in imagining them getting it on.)

29. That's because the US one is better. The boss in the UK version is just far too cruel, whereas Michael is aloof and stupid in a funny way. It makes for better comedy. Don't be ashamed of liking it better :D

3 - And I don't understand all the Konata hate I see. If you're watching and enjoying stuff like Lucky Star to begin with, you probably fit the otaku-stereotype and can actually relate to Konata. Yet she does it all far less annoyingly than many real fanboys online, which I'd think would be a plus.

35 - This sort of dress sense I find incredibly hot. I really need to start watching the show.

36 - I have that game. I've just never gotten around to playing it yet. (Ordered it online because it was cheap and I was too embarrassed to buy it at GameStop).

52 - The little I've seen of the Fushigi Yuugi anime was enough to disinterest me in checking out any of her other stuff.

I agree... I think the creepiest thing about furries is that they're always looking to be accepted and calling people close-minded for not supporting their sexual interest in animals. You don't really see that in most other gross-fetish-having people.
