49. Amen! I do love the J-pop, but I always love the actual soundtracks much more. Especially Yoko Kanno. I worship Yoko Kanno.

54. I say go for it. I'm not a furry at all, but I do love making fursuits of anime mascot characters (ie, Pikachu, Akamaru from Naruto, Teto from Nausicaa) and I have a blast doing it. I occasionally get the stupid "LOL furry" responses, but most of the time people love my costumes and are super-enthusiastic about them.

Thanks. People have been surprisingly supportive of my secret. I'm kind of surprised. I'd love to make one of Teto! He's so cute! And it's mostly anime mascots that I'd want to cosplay, anyway, like Teto or Totoro or the Pipe Fox from xxxHolic. I guess I'd just have to endure the "LOL furry" garbage, but if it's a costume I'm proud of, I could deal with it.

7. I love Beckett and it made me sad that he died, but I still think the resurection thing is abit too obvious in intention. I understand the need for the character to return, but I agree bringing him back to life might not be the best idea, especially since it's a cop out just so JM doesn't get anymore "WHUR IZ BECKETT BAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWW" comments. I would hope that his future appearances would be like Janet Fraiser's in Season 9. That doesn't mean I still wont watch the show, though.. I'm interested in seeing how he'll be brought back and hope it's not a cop out.

15. He's nothing to be worshipped, but he's a brilliant comic author and does make some damn good television. I respect and love him for that.

Is FFX better than CT? In my opinion, yes.

FFVI, it's close, but I think CT edges out.

FFII? Chrono Trigger by a wide margin.

The -ly thing wouldn't be such a problem if people didn't horde usernames. The amount of times I've thought 'yeah, that'd be perfect' only to find someone else has taken the journal name and then never even done anything with it-- yeah, I've settled for -ly's before (and worse, to be honest - I have some terrible usernames), because sometimes after an hour of finding the greatest usernames just rotting away, you just wanna start RPing already dammit.

13. I really agree. I may not be a hardcore fan of it save for a few things, but the Enies Lobby arc was a turning point in many ways.

26. I'm a little bit ashamed that my only experience of the dub was checking out the VAs. But then again I'm in a different country.
On that note, it amused me greatly that Konata, Tsukasa and Miyuki got dub VAs from Bleach while Kagami was still the odd one out by having one from Naruto XD

60. Whenever someone calls the LS girls "lolis" I would slap them so hard their biorhythm would be altered, so I agree. LS works the moe tangent in a humourous way, so it works.
As for Moetan, I can't really tell since I know very little of it, but judging from that cap...

4. Each their own, right? I was always most enamored with the whole costume part of Halloween, so I always saw cosplay kind of like an extention to that, rather than it being all serious business like some people see it.

26. I'm with you, Secret Poster! I liked it a lot, too, and I'm looking forward to seeing the dub in its entirety. It breaks my heart seeing it get so much unwarranted hate :c It's certainly one thing to simply prefer Japanese over English, but when I hear people overreact and say "OMG WORST EVER" "STUPID DUB COMPANIES HAET US TRUE FANS" "THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CHARACTERS LIEK WE DO" about dubs, it's just... Why? Then again, maybe I'm just biased 'cause I voice act, but seriously, people! Switch on the subs instead of writing a long, poorly worded paragraph about how you want everyone involved to die in a fire, yeesh DX

54. You should join me in my mascot cosplaying! In my experience "LOL furry" comments at anime conventions are actually fairly rare (though they do happen every now and then), and even if someone does think it's lame, it's not as though they'll know who you are outside of the costume anyway. >D

It's FUN cosplaying mascot characters, and the vast majority of people have responses more akin to "OMG YOU'RE ADORABLE--CAN I HAVE A HUG? CAN I TAKE A PICTURE WITH YOU? YOUR COSTUME IS AWESOME!"

I mean, yeah, I get a little self-conscious about it sometimes, too. It's understandable. Still! It's so much fun. ♥
