17. All I can say is draw the line, Anon. You can stick by the works and love them for what they are, disregarding the fact that she's disowning them, or you can agonize over the way she is now. I understand that you've lost respect and admiration for her, but if you really love the characters and the stories for what they are, then don't let that stop you.

66. Priorities, get yourself some. Don't make fandom your scapegoat for why you failed. That was no one's fault but your own, and if you really care at all about your grades you will close the out those tabs and do your damn work. It will not potentially screw up your future if you hold off on reading that fanfic, browsing for that fanart, etc. Getting shitty grades because you have no self-discipline, however, will always come back to bite you in the ass, in the worst ways possible.

TL;DR: Shut up and do your work, without blaming fandom for your failures.

61. 61. Nope, I agree. I love KH2 in the same way that you have to respect members of your own family even if you don't like them. It's Kingdom Hearts, after all. But now that it came out over two years ago, I'm less afraid to say that I genuinely don't like it. It was cheap and pretty. The first game, on the other hand, was beautiful, and not because it went out of its way to be. I've played KH almost fifteen times, and KH2 maybe thrice. So rock on, OP, because I'm on your side of the fence.

I like the great graphics, I love the reunion scene... But goddammit if the whole wasn't just a tard-fest. I too for a while afterwards adored it, and was like OMGYAY AKUROKU AND SORARIKU 8DDDDD Because it was more fanservice, and I was blinded by it. I fell for it. Then as time went on, I realized I don't ship either of those pairings at all, and was kinda disgusted with myself for falling for the ploy.

The Orgy love makes the least amount of sense, but to each his own, I suppose.

Chain of Memories was really interesting. It had intrigue and betrayal and good character development. It just feels like they put all their effort into the writing for CoM, and then for II slopped together TEH PRETTEH and TEH BUTTSEX to blind players t other fact that there's no coherent plot and more than half the dialogue makes no sense. Oi.
