To be honest, Pit is great for a beginner, and you'll at least do okay with him, even if you've never played before, because as long as you know to do side-B and like.. Up-Smash, you're good.. And as for the air, as long as you know to press the jump button.. You won't be KO'd too often. But to be good at Pit does take a lot of practice, especially if you don't want to be 'that guy who abuses Angel Ring.' (Seriously, my first few playthroughs with him everyone was like, "you abuse that move, it's annoying." Now they're the ones abusing moves--spamming Ike's charged attack, using Snake to just stand off to the side and rack up KO's without taking any damage because they're not in the fray..)

Since he's not especially strong, you have to have strategy if you don't want to be knocked offscreen once you get past 100%. His recovery is great, but because it's so good, he's also an extremely light character, so it doesn't take much to send him flying.. And fast. ^^; I know this firsthand.. You really have to learn to dodge (and airdodge) and fast-fall, and to use that down-A whenever you've been juggled up, since most KO's happen in-air.

But seriously though? Every character in Brawl in cheap in their own way, unless they're just a really hard character to learn and use. Everyone has a move that is stupid strong, everyone has something they can do that makes other people pissed off. At least Pit gets to suffer in the Final Smash department.. Sure, Palutena's Army isn't the worst, but.. It's no Super Sonic. u_u; (Cheapest Final Smash in the game, totally.)

Besides.. I wouldn't say he's the MOST abused character.. That title is reserved for Ike and Sonic. (It's NOT hard to be good with Ike.. and it's NOT hard to KO people when Sonic gets his Final Smash. u_u)

For the record.. I don't really main anyone since we always play on random now.. (But if I had to say who I 'main', it would be.. Pit, Zelda, Link, Lucas, Marth, Ike, and.. Diddy Kong, I guess. I'm also not bad with Ganondorf, Dedede, Meta Knight, Pikachu, and Ness.)

It's true that it'd be fun to play against a person who's actually put time and effort into him.
My main beef is that he's over-used and if you slip up at ALL, even a beginner can get in there and wallop you. If you can use him well -- actually WELL, not cheap-well -- I commend you! But the fact is, many people use him and only him because you don't have to work that hard with him from my experience.
Of course everyone is cheap... it's just the over-used cheap that gets to me.

... but agreed, on the Ike (this is why I like using Marth against Ike-users and countering like insane) and Sonic (I'm a sonic fan and I'm completely pissed that he's in the game in the first place... ubercheap final smash, just plain annoying...) comments.

I can't win at that damn game because my friend ALWAYS has to play Pit and it's hardly fair. Pit's got a TON of good attacks plus he can fly? The hell? Even his Final Smash is good. To me he IS ridiculously overpowered and I want my friend to stop using him to give me more of a fighting chance D:

45. Because anime can't ever have a plot. Ooookay. Either you're not looking right or you're purposefully keeping yourself from looking. Do you think american tv shows have a plot? Books have a plot?

But AC didn't really have much of one. =( AC was that sort of phenomally bad, really fun to watch movie that in my experience only really happens when someone makes a sequel or prequel or adaption of something really long. It's terribly pretty, the characters are all shallow, half-assed versions of themselves, and the plot gets thrown out the window five minutes in for some chase scenes and violence. Kind of like the X movie, really. Now that was another plot-less beautiful trainwreck.


51. People do that? I've seen people do it on accident maybe once or twice and correct themselves, I mean, things happen. I called a Knightmare Frame a Mobile Suit once. I don't think most of the time people honestly mistake Gundams and Mobile Suits, they're probably just using the wrong term on accident - typos, really - there's kind of a huge difference between them, the shows usually make it pretty obvious.

Actually, I have to agree with Howl's Moving Castle being on the WTF? side of things. Everyone who's seen it without reading the book goes "... bzuh?"

Here's a hint: read the book. :D

There's a lot of stuff in it that got left out of the movie. Also, no creepy dancing star-children! And another sister! And Sophie is a witch that talks life into things! :D

Err, I haven't read the book yet and I understood it perfectly well. In fact, nobody I know has read the book, and plenty have seen the movie without any trouble. Is my circle of friends just that abnormal, or...?

13. I started reading TRC about a week ago. I finished XXXHolic in about a week right before that. I am falling in love with Clamp despite that fact that I have been a steady shounen girl until now. I will write you testimonials about how much I love the characters, the plot (yes there is one) and the relationships between the characters. What I have found since I joined anime/manga fandom is that you always have to give things a try. I at least give them a chapter or two worth of a chance before I decide that I can't read them. Some of the stuff out there is really good and really random. Don't listen to the Clamp haters (without trying it first) they are just haters! <3

#13: If you're not a CLAMP fan already, I really don't think TRC would be a good series to start with. I know you don't have to have any other knowledge of their other series to understand Tsubasa, but it makes it more fun to know who ithat character is. BUT. That's just me. And, as much as I love Tsubasa, it's definitely not my favorite CLAMP series. However, that's not to say it's bad. It's just that, I really like Cardcaptor Sakura and Tokyo Babylon a whole lot more. XD CCS is more lighthearted, while Tokyo Babylon takes on a darker approach. TRC is like in the middle between those two. Something like that. XD;;

Also, like someone mentioned before, Wiki isn't really reliable with CLAMP works. o.O I think you should give things a chance before completely relying on Wiki.

01. I MISS RPG WORLD LIKE WHOAH. I fortunately had found out about it after it had died off, but I got so, SO irritated when he ended it just THERE and you never get to find out the ending. By the end his artwork had really improved as well and I was enjoying it as a comic and not just as a huge fandom-related joke.
