3. I'm an Animal Science major, and I love all the genetic/biological stuff in Gurren Lagann! I even noticed the Thymiliph/Adiane/Cytomander/Guam = Thymine/Adenine/Cytosine/Guanine thing all by myself (and then was proud of it). So I'd love a discussion like that! ♥

49. Fucking signed. I don't care what anyone else says, HoND is Disney's real masterpiece. It's so incredible; the music, the characters, the messages, everything about it is amazing. And Esmeralda is beyond kickass. I wish today's kids movies were as brilliant as this one.

37. You... should keep in mind that certain sections of fandom are also plenty quick to decry people who write incest/rape-fic and so forth, especially if it's tastelessly handled. I mean, I can see your point, but I do think it's flawed.

44. I'm definitely a fan of the show, but to be perfectly honest, there's times where I find it difficult to pinpoint why I like it exactly. It's not particularly my sort of show and I could pinpoint it's major faults in a heartbeat. At some point, however, it got very addictive very quickly and I suddenly found myself very attached to the characters and to what may happen to them. Definitely not the best show ever, but it's a current favourite of mine and it has my wuv.

64. I just love tragic scenes in Futurama. There's just... something almost humble about them. They're not made overly mellodramatic, they're just so down to earth for a show that's so off the wall. They just have such a distinctive style of telling sad stories and they always manage to make me feel warm and fuzzy inside.
