OMG JP/CRAIG SECRET. *dies* Their relationship was just so damn sweet and amazing. Really, really sad how it all ended, though jhkdf. ;o; Gosh, I was so incredibly addicted to that storyline (but it feels like ages ago now). I've never seen such a well done relationship in a freakin' soap opera.

...Craig better come back sometime. *shakes fist* I dunno what JP is up to now because I haven't watched Hollyoaks since their storyline ended but no doubt he's been paired up with another guy or something. ._.

5 I hated that both my first and last name start with 2 of the last six letters of the alphabet; on rare occasions when teachers would go "hey, lets mix things up and go alphabetically by FIRST NAME!", I'd STILL be last. (They never wanted to go in reverse alpha order for whatever reason. Sigh.)

68. I don't know. On some of the latest podcasts he's said that NOT telling is a good idea too. Not sure if that reassures you very much though. And it's more that he just personally thinks monogamous relationships don't work. Don't let him get to you! (= I always feel giddy after listening to him for more than one podcast, not upset. Take it all a little less seriously and remember he's giving advice to the people calling in, not everyone.

Aw, thanks. =) I don't think I've ever been as affected by an anime as I was RGU. It's so amazing. Really opened my eyes to a lot of things.

...Well, no, not really. (Just ontd_twilight. ;d) The Twilight fandom is batshit insane, but it's quite good fun if you're in it for the lulz and the occasional amazing fic. Don't let someone else's opinion scare you away if you want to be a part of it.

12. Then just stop watching anime. :| But honestly. While I do like Code Geass, I wouldn't say it's the best example of a great anime.

However, there ARE many good series this season. You should give Kaiba a try. You may hate it, but at least you will have seen one of the most thought-provoking anime of the season, and perhaps one of the greatest anime to come out in the past decade.

Other than that, this season offers such gems as Real Drive, Himitsu, and other series I haven't even had time to try yet. Not every series is going to be a winner, but you shouldn't write off all anime as unoriginal. Especially if you only focus on popular series. Certain formulaic concepts are going to appeal to a huge mass of people, but it's the series that go unnoticed that you should really pay attention to. Maybe you'll find something you like if you don't rely on your friends' opinions?

12. I said most again. And I'm not writing it off many series. I'm writing off a lot of what have been claims to excellence. I'm still giving things shots, but I didn't like a large amount of what my friends like: Lucky Star, Zetsubou Sensei, Gurren Lagann, Diebuster, Geass, Reborn, etc... just to name a few. So far I have liked two series out of the last few years of what I have seen. I may just be growing out of anime in general but still like the series I used to because its nostalgic.
