So Haunt Me! Oh, I thought I was the only person who remembered that show! I loved it lots when I was a kid (maybe because I wanted someone like Auntie Yetta looking out for me too, even if she was a ghost *g*)

[identity profile] griggharris.livejournal.com 2008-05-25 12:08 am (UTC)(link)
24: lulz, totally slashing peter and capsian in my mind, too.

30: you're not alone. a lot of people think the same. having said that, JB >> TC

70: ... moronic.

#70 - *LOL* Looks like a pretty obvious trolling to me. XD

n!s 5 - There are women in Saiyuki?! :O

27. Wow. Storyline-wise? Understandable. Gameplay-wise? Dude, fail. I've wanted to throw my PS2 out the window a million times because of gameplay frustrations with KHI (camera, anyone? dsfgsdfgs). I still love it, but eh. KHII was all sorts of amazing fun to play for me, and I'm definitely not the only one who thinks so, so take a step down from your high horse and gtfo.

38. ME. TOO.

My thoughts exactly. I thought KH was okay, but it was the second game that got me into the series, and it's now one of my favorites.

So, baaa. :)

12. Oh, you. Don't even try to understand. Not worth of it.
22. I liked that movie and hated the comic (seriously, it was disgusting). :>
27. Oh, did I hurt your feelings for liking the game and NOT being a.. "idiot fangirl sheep" :)
38. .. I like Vaan. Even though he is the biggest knucklehead in the history of games. Or something.
40. You took the words right out of my mouth. (ILU Robert<3)

10. OH MY GOD YOU ARE SO NOT ALONE.

What doujin is that, by the way?

(Anonymous) 2008-05-25 11:30 am (UTC)(link)
OMG, KOUKOU SHIPPERS FTW!! ♥

That doujin is called "X" but it's pretty rare to find. And I want to slap myself for only saving the cover back then ... :|

25) AND MANY LULZ WERE HAD, WEREN'T THEY? Seriously, that movie was a big joke. I highly suggest watching the original movies, if not solely because they're excellent, and a million times better than the new one.

[identity profile] ccmars.livejournal.com 2008-05-25 12:22 am (UTC)(link)
27. As if I give a shit about losing your respect because of a game. You don't seem worth it anyway. :D

47. Some of my friends in high school would designate someone in the freshman class as their "little brother/sister" when they were seniors. I never did find mine. :(

I know you're not talking to me specifically but I'M STILL SORRY BECAUSE I DID THAT AS WELL!

Although, you should listen to Terry Wogan taking the crap out of those songs, it's hilarious.

I know I know Dr Who-less weekend, but... the new trailers out?

Also, 70: she's not preaching it to everyone. Just because you're an atheist or perhaps part of a different religion doesn't mean people shouldn't have beliefs. One of the most left wing person that I know is Roman Catholic. Why can't she still have her faith and be awesome and cool?

Personally I see that has having a lot of integrity, I don't see why she should be judged by it.

I resent this secret. I'm a mother, and I love Avatar. It's one of the few cartoons I can sit down and watch with my daughter and enjoy. Most of the cartoons on currently are inane and pointless, at least Avatar is well done and has a story.

Re: 43

[identity profile] lady-ganesh.livejournal.com 2008-05-25 01:03 am (UTC)(link)
S/he's not worth resenting, fellow mom. Avatar's remarkably well done and fun to watch. If someone doesn't like that adults enjoy it, they're the ones with the maturity problem.

Wow, fuck you.

Edited to add: Even if this is about the Scientology protests, you're missing the point. I don't participate in Chanology, but it's not about the beliefs. It's about the fact that Scientology hurts people, robs them of money, destroys families, and is responsible for a great number of deaths. That's significantly different from Catholicism and other faiths. The faiths themselves don't hurt people (though people belonging to them may), don't demand money (though they may encourage offering tithes), and don't kill people (again, even though some people in it may, cough cough government crusades etc).

DO NOT WORRY.

My mom and I think the same thing. He's either a clone or some sort of love child of Tom Cruise's.

5) I have the same tendency. If you gotta tell me what's not in your fic, then I assume you've got some bug up your ass on the subject.

15) Look at me, I'm Sandra Dee!

29) Oh man... no. Real sex is not like what you read in fics. It's far messier, surprisingly uncomfortable, rather tiring, and sometimes even if you try your hardest nothing comes of it and you both decide to give up and watch some TV after a while. Still, when it's good, it's way better than words on a piece of paper could ever be.

43) Hey there little girl. Want some candy?

70) ... wut?

01. Mythology geek nazi... you don't saaaay? You don't own the rights to ancient religions, so simmer down. There are far greater things to get in a frenzy over.

06. Don't be ashamed! That show is fantastic and together they make one hell of an OTP. <3

11. From one fan of cheesy/bad movies to another -- bravo! More people should speak up in favor of so-called shitty movies. It must suck for people who can only enjoy good flicks. As for me? I've got a whole rainbow of entertainment to choose from! I can distiguish the two -- I know what's good and what's so-bad-it's-good. But I enjoy them the same. <3

34. HELLO, RIKKE! >:D Oh, and I agree completely.

70. It must be just loooads of fun judging other people and living filled of hate. I'm not religious AT ALL, don't give a fuck about Dr. Who, and I still think you're a pathetic excuse for a person.

Re: 70

[identity profile] lady-ganesh.livejournal.com 2008-05-25 01:01 am (UTC)(link)
I think the actress in the picture isn't the one who has trouble separating fiction from reality, heh.

[identity profile] lady-ganesh.livejournal.com 2008-05-25 01:01 am (UTC)(link)
#1: I still am bugged by "Lilith" on SPN. I feel your pain.

28: Maybe if you got over yourself, you'd be happier.

29: No, you don't. You really don't. Maybe you can write good porn, which is awesome, but you really don't know 'almost everything' about sex. I too have been reading porn since I was a young teen, have had a baby, and trust me? I'm not even close.

43. ICON SAYS IT ALL.

n!s 5 : It's empowering because in a yaoi-friendly community or circle of friends WE DON'T HAVE TO LISTEN TO PEOPLE TL;DRING ABOUT HOW 'WEIRD' OUR FANTASIES ARE ALL THE TIME. For some reason, the Doublemint Twins are part of our cultural heritage, but people have to go all eyerolling and tl;dr over girls liking boys kissing. Oy.

08. I've been out of the fandom a while. Does anyone really think Sheppard is straight?

27. Oh, fuck off. You don't have to think it's a good game to find it endearing. Yeah, it's more than a little shit, but the characters are endearing enough to make up for it. Except the FF fanservice characters.

22. ahh, I love the movie too. 8D I don't care if it's cheesy, I liked the characters.

33. IAWTS

70. um. and atheists get mad because of stereotypes of themselves. this blunt arrogance doesn't help much.

... I'm sorry but what I hate about High School Musical 1 & 2 is the stupid elitism and the fucking inherent racism that runs throughout all of them.

Sharpay is out of touch with reality and this behaviour is almost endorsed and seen as glamorous and desirable, I simply want to punch her in the face and remind here that there are third world countries, starvation and disease.

And the pairings? I don't think I have ever been so offended when Chad Danforth and Taylor McKessie randomly get together at the end of the first film - in only what I can associate as pairing them together as a couple because they are both black.

This is something that is aimed at children on the DISNEY channel for fuck's sake, and you're telling me this kind of inherent racism is okay?

YOU ARE NOT ALONE!! PLEASE COME OUT AND PLAY WITH ME!

I only recently got into the TF fandom, because even though I watched the show when I was young, the movie is what really, truly hooked me. I love it to pieces, and it's really depressing to see the fandom so slow! I'd try to contribute but a) it's been over 6 years since I last wrote a fanfic and b) I always feel awkward coming into a fandom that's fairly well established. I'm thinking things will pick up once the hype for the second movie really gets going, but... yea, we totally need to hook up online and revive the TF 2007 fandom!!

*fangirls endlessly over TF secret*
