No-one "deserves" to be the target of gossip, rumours, malice, and petty vengeance from people who can say anything without fear of consequences.

"Doctor Who" fandom badly needs a place to enjoy the show and goof around safe from the tribal bickering. If the anon meme was that safe place and nothing more, it'd be bloody brilliant. Unfortunately, it's also a safe place for cyberbullies and shipwarriors. (That said, I'm glad to hear there's some defending going on, not just the ugly dogpiling.)

105 - I could go on about this forever, but I'll suffice by saying I love Lelouch and I love Suzaku equally. They're both retards and bastards sometimes but you don't have to approve of their actions to like their characters, as they're both pretty extreme. I'd recommend not letting the fact that loads of people love Lulu get in the way of your own judgment, 'cos it's not important. Hating him won't stop people from hating Suzaku, unfortunately.

As a Mormon, I find this assumption hilarious, though it probably holds true for Meyer.

There are Mormons who will write smut. Seriously. Just like there are Catholics who do. (They are just very few and far between -- Admittedly, I'm not one of them, though that has more to do with the fact that I cannot write porn than my religious values.) And plus, come on. Meyer's characters don't wear "special panties" just because Mormons do, do they?

I think you're right, but I think the logic is kind of flawed.

The winner of the 'most original' award pretty much just drew a recolored Sora and Riku from KH. It was kinda sad.

Oh jeez, I saw a ton of not just fanart, but traces of official art at the last fair I was at. One of the ones that blue-ribboned was a trace of Nightmare from SCII. I was embarrassed. If you're going to submit fanart... at least have some poses that are original.
